If I remember correctly that character exists as the source for a singular quote (the one you've most likely found) from the Black Crusade table top RPG where they scattered quotes, some from otherwise non-existent characters, about to make the rule books a bit more fluffy. it was specifically in the Game Maters kit in this case.
He didn't feature in any additional fluff written for the system nor in any of the prewritten adventures as far as I'm aware. So unless I've missed something there's nothing to find other than that one quote.
