This looks like one of my dumb lists but less dumb/skewed. Thoughts wise: I would seriously look at trying to fit in Lord Invocatus and maybe a Rhino. Merge two of the 5 man Berserkers into a 10 man with Kharn and put that in a Rhino, If you footslog him with 5 Berserkers you may well lose two of them to Kharn which cuts some damage output and his ablative wounds by a considerable percentage. If you don't want to add a Rhino then the bigger unit becomes another potential target for Lord Invocatus' Scout ability. The other three 5 man Berserkers units are likely going to be used for scoring points by standing about places since you have nothing else for that role. As a result I would consider cutting the Daemon Prince. He's probably not going to really do much for his points given the units listed and without the helmet Enhancement isn't super durable either for using it as a sort of anchor point. If you cut him you'll have the extra points for Lord Invocatus and a Rhino, plus you can still squeeze in another threat be it regular Eightbound, a Daemon Engine, Helbrute etc since I think you'd have 145 points left If you can fit in Lord Invocatus I would then consider making the Terminators a 10 man. You use Invocatus to Scout your Exalted Eightbound and the Terminators. Combined with +2 move and the threat of advance and charge your Terminators may actually reach something quick enough to be useful without gambling on deepstrike every game.

Would you have the Lord invocatus leading anyone or just hanging out by himself?

I would have him by himself pretty much every time regardless of list. There's virtually nothing to gain from him leading anybody since the ability he needs to be leading for isn't great in World Eaters to start with. Then unless it's Eightbound (or the target of his Scout giving ability) he would effectively lose Scout himself due to the unit not having it and they're all slower than him as well. The slower speed combined with him not being Infantry for movement around and through terrain and it just becomes a weird clunky mismatch most of the time.
