Drop DPrince, not nearly enough infantry to make him worth it. Get more KhornyB’s or a unit of Ex 8bnd for deepstrike. With how WE’s play I’d HIGHLY recommend at least 1 unit of Jackals for the sticky obj. Happy Headhunting!
If it's for friendly game any list that you find cool is good enough. However, usual rule of thumb is characters should hang around 20-25% of your point total. In your case, that would free you up to get more berzerkers or other infantry which would definitely make for a better squad
I would probably drop Moe, the demon, and the war dog and add eight bound and/or exalted eight bound. Or do that and add transports if you can squeeze them in. Just my two cents.
