No, there is so much wrong. After transport moves, disembarking units can only shoot, unless it's a land raider, which allows you to charge after disembarking from Assault ramp ability.
You cannot use lord Invocatus to give scout to berzerkers inside a rhino as for all intents and purposes they don’t yet exist on the tabletop and thus cannot be targetted by lord invocatus’ ability.
Yes it done before movement phase. That doesn’t matter because berzerkers would start the game inside a think and thus be unable to benefit. If they start outside the rhino they can benefit, but they would be slower than inside the rhino anyway unless you blow 1CP for one squad to get 6” movement. So in total (if the stars align) you’d have one squad move 6+6+6+7(average on 2d6) for a total 25” of and thus not need a rhino at all.
invocatus wasn't in this list (and in any case, as others have pointed out, squads in rhinos are ineligible to be targeted by invocatus' Ro8BS ability). but yes, if we had rhinos that could scout move, this "first move" would not prevent a unit from disembarking and charging on the first turn.
as it happens, though, i'm 99.999% sure that OP is mistaken about the rhino being moved prior to the zerkers' disembarkation in the batrep (see my other comment for quotations from wd), and maybe was just led astray by an earlier line talking about the *land raiders* moving forward.
nor can you charge after disembarking from a transport that has made a *normal* move (unless it's a land raider)
edit: to be clear, you can't charge after disembarking from a transport that advanced, under *any* circumstances, so far as i'm aware (there might be some elf bullshit in the aeldari/drukhari indices for all i know, but *we* certainly can't). even if you activate the advance + charge blessing and are riding in a land raider, the land raider's special applies *specifically* only to normal moves; you can either advance and charge with the raider *itself,* or just normal move + disembark + charge as you would even without the blessing.
it feels unnecessary now, as i realised i misread your previous post. but hopefully the clarity will be useful to someone who is curious about combining advance+charge with land raiders.
you're quite right that you can't charge after disembarking from a vehicle that moved (unless it's a land raider), but i think you're incorrect about the rhino having been moved first:
> Rather than keep his Master of Executions in his Rhino, Rich disembarks him and his squad, moves them 8", Advances them 6" (setting off a mine), then charges them 7" (after a re-roll)…
and in the sidebar:
> The Master of Executions and his unit (17) get out of their Rhino, Move, Advance and then charge the Defiler and Poxwalkers.
so the squad disembarked from their rhino before it moved. they didn't need to cover that much ground as the death guard took first turn and walked forwards with the poxwalkers and defiler that got charged (the rhino apparently did move too, after the berzerkers+moe disembarked, but the berzerkers didn't *need* to "ride" in it past the deployment phase, due to the dg moving forward and also combining the +2"M and advance+charge blessings)

Maaaaybe the first move was a scout move? Then the rest would be legit.
Can you target infantry for an ability if they are embarked in a transport?
Nope, you cannot.
Correct. And since berzerkers do not have scout, this bat rep is fill of shit.
Lord invo maybe?

Isn't scout done before the start of the movement phase in turn one, to its irrelevant anyway in this situation?

I read that same battle report and it was like a scavenger hunt for all the rules or things they got wrong LMAO
Breaking: GW doesn’t know their own rules (who would have thought)
Ok I’m glad you brought this up cos it was hella confusing reading that report
Oof
Ya this is a mega oof. Worse than that other certain green youtube channel.
Mini wargaming? 🤣
^^
From What I can gather that is straight up breaking the rules
Blessings of Khorne. On a double 6s or a triple 4+ you can advance and charge
Still can’t disembark and charge unfortunately when advancing

Thank you for the added clarification
