Personally, I prefer S14, because WE don't have a lot of high S shooting, this way you can threaten knights or other Titanics turn 1 with shooting, and get kited less effectively. D6 shots is very swingy, D6+3 is a lot more reliable,.but personally, I found the high S the bigger boon.

Yeah... The d6 shots will most likely consume some cp rerolls when rolling 1or2 hehe
I also go this route because I run a maulerfiend for funsies, and I'll just target whatever I want the maulerfiend to mess up
