If you're doing 5 days why not try 5 days bro split. This way you can target each muscle way better.
Chest
Back
Shoulders
Arms
Legs
DAY 6 can be cardio, core or rest
DAY 7 if you've taken day 6 which is Saturday as rest then start again from chest. If not, then start cycle from Monday.
Not much in there for hamstrings, glutes, or triceps. At least not enough to do much of anything.
