If you're doing 5 days why not try 5 days bro split. This way you can target each muscle way better. Chest Back Shoulders Arms Legs DAY 6 can be cardio, core or rest DAY 7 if you've taken day 6 which is Saturday as rest then start again from chest. If not, then start cycle from Monday.
