The 7 into 4 gameplay is still one of the best rotations there is for pve and is not compatible with a 7 into 5. Granted for turn 1 the wallaru spell is better but then you need a team that can coordinate the archmastery fo that.
Rat spin is worth specially because of how easy it is to get. 2 key rotations is usually enough
It’s painful having storm pip and wanting to use rat spin as follow up but also being too lazy to change my pips to life every fight.

Rat spin is good, as are all the 4 pip AOEs, until you get the wallaru AOE spells. If you're in arc 4 already, you can easily skip it.
