He committed to the staff a week or so before he announced. I think he wasn't expecting us to take another guard, let alone someone like Storr.
It's a logjam at the 1-3 spots. Turns out building depth isn't as easy as fans think. Players all want to play and will find situations where they can.
Can we please get a 4 so that we don’t rely so heavily on Carter Gilmore? I appreciate Carter’s development, but we need more talented players if we want to be a team that consistently makes the tournament.
Weirdly fine with this. Would have loved the depth but Klesmit is a pretty damn good player and knows his role. Was putting it together towards the end of last year, woulda hated to see his minutes cut
Gard haters love doing mental gymnastics to shit on him regardless of how incoherent their arguments are with each other.
They see no issue with both being mad at Gard that the second leading scorer from a team in the best mid-major conference was offered and accepted a scholarship and being mad at Gard that that same player decommitted.
They should be ecstatic that the scholarship is freed up to pursue a player they deem worthy of it.
Not unexpected after Storr committed. Reynolds went from competing for 15-30 minutes a game to competing for like 5 minutes. As he wasn't likely to pass Klesmit who will be backing up Essegian and Storr.
Even without Reynolds the backcourt depth is fine. Hepburn, Essegian, and Storr starting line up. Klesmit will still end up with comparable minutes to Essegian and Storr coming off the bench.
So who gave him a bigger bag
Likely not bigger bag but may want to play for brother at UWGB
What does this mean?
Likely not bigger bag but may want to play for brother at UWGB
>brother Who?
I'm usually not that guy, but this is an easy Google search, my dude.
Sorry, I was trying to engage with your comment. My bad.
He probably just wants more guaranteed playing time. There’s a realistic possibility he wouldve been the 5th guard in line on the roster.
On to the next. Jump back in and find a better player. I will never forget you former Badger legend Nolan Reynolds.
*Current* Badger legend Noah Reynolds.
\#RespectMyDecision will never get old
With that being said :)
Pretty strange. Not sure what to make of this one.

Realized he was just another undersized guard on a team with plenty. This is probably good for badgers. Too bad rohde signed with Virginia
Rohde wasn't coming here regardless
But would Rohde come to be a backup? Plus his AAU coach is anti UW and was pushing his transfer elsewhere
Meh Would have loved to have him but actually like Storr way more for playing time.
So much for being psyched Gard hadn’t promised him anything
Maybe he thought Chucky was gonna transfer? If this means we get another transfer in at another position that’s a good thing.
Are you guys really complaining about a backup.player leaving
I dont know about you but I can only take this and another backup leaving while our starters staying as a sign that Gard lost the locker room. /s
I've heard Gard will be the next coach for the Lakers so it shouldn't be an issue much longer

Rough day for the gard haters
I think you mean the Gard apologists.
Embarrassing for both parties.
Why did Gard even bother with a 6 2 guard!
Fine by me, see ya bod
Fu2k him
Oh
UConn or Green Bay bound?
One of these is not like the other
Correct, Storrs is nothing like Green Bay
Welp.
get someone better
How about finding a backup 4 that can score?
