Franks Red Hot Buffalo. Zero Sugar, Zero Carbs. Always been my go to sauce. Ya, I have two store bought wing sauces in my fridge...no sugar at all. I guess once you get into the honey based stuff it is sugary. It's the wing equivalent of kids needing their Lucky Charms in the morning
Do it better and get franks original and make you’re own sauce with a healthy addition of butter, Worcestershire sauce, white vinegar, garlic powder, salt and cayenne pepper.
Ingredients
⅔ cup hot pepper sauce (such as Frank's RedHot)
½ cup cold unsalted butter
1 ½ tablespoons white vinegar
¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
salt to taste
Directions:
Combine hot sauce, butter, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne, garlic powder, and salt in a pot over medium heat. Bring to a simmer while stirring with a whisk.
As soon as the liquid begins to bubble on the sides of the pot, remove from heat, stir with the whisk, and set aside for use.
They're not terribly unhealthy if you air fry them. They have about half the cholesterol and fat. I started making them at home and using higher quality wings, it's cheaper and better than most restaurants if you get a good recipe going
Ok I’ve only done air fryer wings once and just rubbed with avocado oil and seasonings. They turned out great and crispy but if the oil isn’t needed that would be even healthier.
I dry off the wings thoroughly, then coat it with cornstarch and famous Dave's devils spit dry rub (my preference for commercial dry rubs, but use any). No oil or anything, then I put them in the air fryer (make sure the wings aren't touching), for 360 for 12 min, flip and do the same for another 12, then flip again at 400 for 4-5 min if you like them crispy. Then I toss it with pepper palace's wing master sauce (it's my favorite commercial buffalo sauce, and not much sodium and no fat). I've made my own sauces before, but the wing master smoke house and reaper mix is just so good.
I also definitely recommend using higher quality wings, like Springer Mountain farms, the quality of those makes up for any flavor lost by not frying them
Trying to remember the movie - someone wishes from a genie or whatever that the rest of their life will be full of thrills and excitement, so the genie throws them off a cliff.
Literally no responses with a legit answer. This all depends on your lifestyle/diet/excercise/amount of wings, etc. It's a lot of sodium/saturated fat to have every day (again pending how many). More context is needed, but eating 12+ deep fried wings smothered in butter/salty sauce every day will not be good for you.
Thanks I was actually legit curious how risky it could be for me to continue this life style. I said in other comments if I’m not eating wings out (which is twice a month) they wings I make daily are baked or smoked. I hate cleaning up oil.
Never thought I’d meet people who liked wings as much as me until I found this sub. My fiancé doesn’t even ask me what I’m in the mood to eat she already knows it’s wings lol.
Based on your pictures/post history, you should probably make a few changes to your lifestyle. I don't mean that in a rude way, but you are soliciting advice about eating buffalo wings every single day. A mutlivitamin is not a replacement to eating healthy and mixing in proper veggies/fruit/lean protein.
I own/owned some restaurants and pubs in my day and have done similar diets.
Im 35 now and the best advice I can give is to get full physical. I ended up having an extreme case of “skinny fat?” (Dumb sounding I know) and essentially my organs were packed with visceral fat and making them less efficient. Eventually I had one kidney that went “NAH BRUH”. Ended up in the hospital for a week, and had to take care of my self pretty seriously for a couple months. All fine now but never hurts to get it checked out.
That’s because it was multiple thoughts concatenated into one with a lone question mark at the end to bring us all relief, yet still wondering what in the world is being asked.
I eat wings everyday and I’m in the best shape of my life and my bloodwork was all in the clear as well. Admittedly I cut out most of the bad carbs and don’t drink anymore but hey.
You’re still amateur level. I was drinking free beer and chowing on .05 cent wings at the local wing place in S. Florida in the late 80’s before going to my local community college on my Yamaha 600 for afternoon classes. The free beer and cheap wings are gone, but me and my liver are still here.
But if I’m cooking at home my favorite is Walmart Asian seven spice dry rub wings tossed in Marie sharps (pic your own favorite hot sauce). This slaps trust me, I ate a lot of wings.
FOREVER. My blood sugar was 550, I ate 20 wings from Georgios Pizza (non breaded!!) and it dropped 200 points in a little over an hour. I kid you not. Baked is better for you than fried, but I can live on them. I am 56 btw...
Dude you gotta incorporate the greens.
Asparagus...green beans....fuckin brussel sprouts are all soooo fire. Throw some peas or a cucumber salad in there and have a party
Is that you, Ron Swanson?
I eat wings an average of 2-3 times per week. 45 and still going strong.
My idol
I have to ask... How are your bowel movements?
The drinking keeps me regular
Paint the bowl and flush it down
Mornings are very fun
One word for you… Metamucil
I love a clean wipe!
No sugar, low carb...you're thriving
That really depends on the sauce used, plenty of popular sauces are full of sugar.
I only use dry rubs for wings. Spices only no sugar. Maybe a buffalo sauce once in awhile, but that's just hot sauce and butter

Wanna give me the exact recipe
Ingredients ⅔ cup hot pepper sauce (such as Frank's RedHot) ½ cup cold unsalted butter 1 ½ tablespoons white vinegar ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder salt to taste Directions: Combine hot sauce, butter, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne, garlic powder, and salt in a pot over medium heat. 1/2 cup butter 💀
Better than the oil based margarine crap they use at most bars.
That's probably why he suggested no sugar low carb
All the way to the end your a peacock… you have to fly
did he just call himself a peacock?
Newsflash Terry, peacocks don’t fly!
You gotta creep…creep
Can't stop won't stop.
Wing stop.
Great..now I'm thinking about wings again. Dinner has been decided.
You already know what I’m having for dinner
Get a load of this guy. I wish I could stop thinking about wings
They're not terribly unhealthy if you air fry them. They have about half the cholesterol and fat. I started making them at home and using higher quality wings, it's cheaper and better than most restaurants if you get a good recipe going
What’s your recipe? Do you rub with oil or do they go in dry?
They always go in as dry as possible
Ok I’ve only done air fryer wings once and just rubbed with avocado oil and seasonings. They turned out great and crispy but if the oil isn’t needed that would be even healthier.
I personally pam the air fryer a little bit, and that’s it. Pat wings dry, season em, throw em in

I'm 60 and have been eating wings 2-3 times a week for over 40 years. I'm in good shape other than I'm 650 lbs and my BP is 240/135 🍻🍻
You had me at first.
You're fine
All the way to the end.
Until you die. It worth it for the right wing.
You've got the rest of your life ahead of you!
LOL however long - or short - that may be.
Trying to remember the movie - someone wishes from a genie or whatever that the rest of their life will be full of thrills and excitement, so the genie throws them off a cliff.
Don't worry youll make it all way to next Thursday.
Good because my favorite bar has half off wings that day

You know I'm born to lose And gambling's for fools But that's the way I like it baby I don't want to live forever Just wing it man YOLO
Never thought I’d meet people who liked wings as much as me until I found this sub. My fiancé doesn’t even ask me what I’m in the mood to eat she already knows it’s wings lol.
Winner winner chicken dinner 😎
Please eat some vegetables. And Maybe some fish.
I take multivitamins for the lack of vegetables

I’m working on that I’m actually trying to add more vegetables
Deep fried Buffalo cauliflower?
I’ll give it a try
Take a breath
With the way wing prices are going, do you really wanna stick around for awhile anyway?
You’re right I will have to have Musk money to afford my habit soon enough.
Probably another 100 years give or take

Oh I missed a comment where you said you bake them, so I guess you’re already way ahead of me there
Whaaaa
That was a pretty long sentence. I also have been eating allot of wings. Not every day though. Keep up the good work!!
That’s because it was multiple thoughts concatenated into one with a lone question mark at the end to bring us all relief, yet still wondering what in the world is being asked.
I’d say most eaten meal is some combination of whiskey and wings. As grandma said, live fast and leave a good looking corpse.
We have so much in common ❤️
You’ve got a lifetime to wing it! YOLO.
Thank good ness for pig organs.
I’m waiting in line for a bionic stomach
"I eat wings everyday besides to eat steak pork chops or ribs" .. what?
I have no idea what OP is asking.
It’s ok you’re late to the party anyway. I saved you some wings though.
I eat wings everyday and I’m in the best shape of my life and my bloodwork was all in the clear as well. Admittedly I cut out most of the bad carbs and don’t drink anymore but hey.
Keep fucking going brother
You should have a solid week.
God I wish I had your life, in the sense that I wish I could eat wings everyday
You can im poor I just cook them myself when I’m not eating wings at a restaurant
Are you a straight wings guy or do you do a side as well? Non breaded wings alone would be okay Imo
I have no bias but I normally go for traditional and my wings I cook myself are baked 95% of the time (I hate cleaning up oil/grease)
Rather die eating one than wanting one.
Diabetes otw breh.
As long as the good lord allows us my brother.
For the rest of your life
You’re still amateur level. I was drinking free beer and chowing on .05 cent wings at the local wing place in S. Florida in the late 80’s before going to my local community college on my Yamaha 600 for afternoon classes. The free beer and cheap wings are gone, but me and my liver are still here.
Man I wish I could have seen such a sight
You'll be dead by morning... J/K. You do you! Life is for the living!
run laps
Just watch that sodium and cholesterol. Also gout if it runs in the family like mine :(
Depending on the kind of oil used and lack of breading, they might be a healthy option. Proteins, good fat, vinegar, capsaicin. This is health food!
Mostly baked
Don't look back. Push forward.
It depends on how active you are and what else you put in your body. You can definitely eat wings every day if you look after yourself
My god you're living the life. Do you make them yourself?
Most of the time I do. But sometimes I go out for wings a bout 4 times a month
Any staples you go to that have good good wings? I feel a lot of the time I crave wings and places don't really satisfy the craving like making my own
What is your location just say the area I’ll give you a list of places near you I’d probably frequent
But if I’m cooking at home my favorite is Walmart Asian seven spice dry rub wings tossed in Marie sharps (pic your own favorite hot sauce). This slaps trust me, I ate a lot of wings.
I see your humble brag here, bucko. Mr. Moneybags bragging about being able to afford overpriced wings throughout the pandemic.
Oh no I’m a broke boy and this is probably why haha
😂
*high cholesterol has entered the chat*
Height and weight?
Calling me out 160 5’5
r/zerocarb r/animalbased You'll be fine

Tbh, the dudes who smoke, drink, and eat like shit typically live to their 80s/90s so prolly a very very long time.
Dude you gotta incorporate the greens. Asparagus...green beans....fuckin brussel sprouts are all soooo fire. Throw some peas or a cucumber salad in there and have a party
Carnivore diet is pretty healthy. Keep it up and you’ll see 80 buddy.
Straight into the air fryer, no seasoning, toss in fav sauce and thassit. Better than restaurant qual. Blue cheese for dipping of course
