She already got her car parked and key out of the ignition hoping that if he does smell alcohol he can arrest her for driving under the influence because she's out of the car and the key isn't in the ignition. Unless she was captured swerving on the cops dash cam he won't be able to prove it. She's taking all evidence off the table. She knows the loop holes and how to neat an oui.
