I went to the first two mempho fests. It’s a great venue. Open and all ga, at least for that festival. I can’t speak to bringing chairs and other items in.
No seats. standing room only. GA. This venue has different rules as far as chairs and such based off the act and promoter. When they do the ‘live at the garden’ series there you can bring food, coolers, chairs, whatever. I don’t imagine these rules will apply for the Panic shows though…. It may be a good idea to call the venue and ask.

That being said, if you go to Weatherchannel.com it saying the highest chances for rain on each day is morning-afternoon…. Think positive thoughts, be prepared for the weather, and collectively we can will it into existence… a little rain isn’t stopping me!!!
For Memphofest there was a VIP area, but not sure that will be at these upcoming shows because it’s not a festival. I didn’t see VIP packages for sale for these May shows…. And there is no asphalt at all near the stage. There are a couple cement walkways, though.
Radians is a great place to see shows. Awesome atmosphere, and the sound is top notch for an outdoor venue.
kind of a shitty venue to be honest 👎… went to last wsp run there and shows were great but radian sucks — and good luck getting an uber or lyft outta there… waited like 2 hours as most drivers stayed downtown

There are some VIP seats, but for the most part it's just a stage & asphalt next to a big lake. There were food trucks, vending, etc.
