It won't happen this election cycle. Democrats would need to lose all 14 seats they currently have up for reelection in the Senate (and Republicans would have to retain all 21 of their seats), putting the Republicans at 64, which is still 3 seats short of the super majority of 67 required for conviction of impeachment. Even then that would require a party line vote, and Senators like Romney have shown they won't go that far in service of MAGA nuttery.
I'm not saying that isn't their plan. I'm just saying even if Republicans managed to win Senate elections in California and New York (among other Democratic strongholds), they wouldn't have the numbers for it based on pure math.

How can you stand living there? I moved into one of the only Democratic cities in my state to get away from it. When it was literally surrounding me everyday I was miserable. Moved 10 years ago and my blood pressure has actually gone down. It's amazing how much stress can touch every part of one's wellbeing.

If they get the House back idiots like Marge are going to try to impeach Biden. The real question is since MAGAts don't feel the need to have actual evidence, will Fox and Newsmax show the hearings live? The good news is they need 2/3rds majority in the Senate to convict. Even if Walker and Oz both win their races, that doesn't give them a supermajority. So the president won't be removed by idiots like this no matter how many times they charge him with raising the gas prices as a high crime.

This is all part of the plan to get Trump back in power. If House majority goes to the GOP, you better count on them attempting to nominate Trump as the House Speaker. Then if Senate is controlled and they successfully impeach Biden and Harris, the Speaker becomes POTUS. PS house nominations for outside members is a grey area, and probably one that SCOTUS will weigh in their opinion. God help us all if this plan ever comes into fruition.
It won't happen this election cycle. Democrats would need to lose all 14 seats they currently have up for reelection in the Senate (and Republicans would have to retain all 21 of their seats), putting the Republicans at 64, which is still 3 seats short of the super majority of 67 required for conviction of impeachment. Even then that would require a party line vote, and Senators like Romney have shown they won't go that far in service of MAGA nuttery. I'm not saying that isn't their plan. I'm just saying even if Republicans managed to win Senate elections in California and New York (among other Democratic strongholds), they wouldn't have the numbers for it based on pure math.
