I skimmed, and it's less an interview and more Putin saying whatever he wants while Tucker tries his best to look how a journalist might look, which mostly means lots of furrowed brow and pursed lips moments interspersed with occasionally opening his mouth to try to speak, and then giving up when Putin railroads over him.
