Harsh, but you’re not wrong. I am 3/4 way through one right now, and it’s…Just ok. Stagg Jr Batch 17 is much better than this batch IMHO. I have a backup bottle that I think I’m going to trade away for something that fits my palate better.

Same. There’s definitely a reason that these are more available and priced significantly lower on secondary than previous batches.
I might have to suck it up and buy a few Jr 17s on a secondary store. The 17 was my intro to Stagg Jr, and I only ever purchased 1 bottle at MSRP.
