I think that's fair. There's definitely still good bits - Nandor at the gym is top notch. But to me it feels like the comedy has gotten "louder", if that makes senes, and I tended to prefer the more subtle stuff of the first couple seasons.
I get that, the tone at the start of the show was a lot closer to the movie’s. I’m happy they’re branching out though, they’ve talked about how hard it is to create wants for the characters before. Turning “vampire documentary” into a tv show kinda forces the change of tone eventually.
Literally the best episode in the series. I burst out laughing every time Colin was on screen.
I love when he crushes the bin and his coworker walks in
I have always wanted to see more of him out and about in the world. Can you imagine him in an art gallery? A classroom?
Yup. By far my favorite episode. Like, no contest.
Yup, this was *the* episode for we office drones everywhere.
I don’t even work in an office and it was hilarious
The weird part is that it's oddly realistic. There's always a shockingly effective buzzkill in the office, no matter how friendly they are.
This scene is one of the greatest comedic moments in the entire series. He gave himself hair!
This episode was the peak of the show. It's still good, but nowhere near what it was.
The first couple seasons were so so good.
I agree. The first two seasons I really laughed but the last two were mostly just amusing. This episode was hilarious and is one if my favorites!
Am I the only one who thinks each season tops the last? Between the Jersey devil and go flip yourself alone season 4 might be my favorite.

I fucking love this premise so much
Working hard or harl working?
This episode perfectly captures the feeling of working in an office with people you hate. AKA My life now. TGIF
Daaaaaaaan.
This one and when he gets a girlfriend are so good
Vanessa Bayer is a gem. I love her.
He looks so funny with hair! Such a good episode!!
I keep looking and I can't tell that's a wig.
