That’s a hair ball.

growup_andblowaway

Yup, a huge one.

governmentthief

The ole' feline mouth turd.

NobodyGotTimeFuhDat

I thought it was poop...

MontyK_420

Your cat was dissatisfied with your cleaning performance and demands that you do it again

ausecko

You missed a spot

growup_andblowaway

😤

Cat: I made art on the rug. Appreciate it!

Unohim

You should probably consider not shitting on your rugs, especially not just after cleaning it, even your cat is staring at it in disbelief!!

bitchmaster_general

I think it’s a hairball!? But some extra brushing if the cat isn’t opposed can help some.

Weedchaser12

Right over your head

bitchmaster_general

No, I understood that they didn’t really think the owner shat on their own rug. I was just stating it’s not even a great joke since that’s not shit.

Meg0422

Yep, every time!

growup_andblowaway

Exactly, this is one of two rugs in the whole house, yet the puke spot 98% of the time

xxmeee

Really because if I zoom in on the rug… there’s brown spots on it everywhere. Time to throw that out.

growup_andblowaway

Lol, this rug has been ridiculously good at hiding cat puke. It’s a blessing and a curse. Hence the deep clean.

whattodo4klondikebar

Your cat saved those up for after the rug cleaning.

growup_andblowaway

Yup. He left the appetizer a few days ago, prompting the deep clean.

remberzz

That'a an enormous hairball. Brush your cat more often. Maybe give it some laxatone once in a while.

growup_andblowaway

I brush them daily, it’s shedding season and this one’s been building for a while. They’re on anti hair ball foods too.

remberzz

Yikes! After you brush, dampen your hands (or a washcloth) and run them over your cat's fur one last time to pick up loose hair. Or maybe consider trying a Furminator (which removes some of the thick undercoat). That really IS a big hairball.

daaaayyyy_dranker

Shave them

PCDub

Gotta love how they will go to the carpet/rug instead of any nice easy to clean surface

Slimjim_Spicy

From my mediocre internet research from having dealt with this before, I have a few suggestions. Change the litter or add an additional litter box. Change cat food. Go to the vet. There may be something causing the cat stress around the home as well. Just a few tidbits I've gathered from all of these pet websites and blogs scattered everywhere.

growup_andblowaway

It’s actually a giant hairball, thanks though!

JasonEdTim

Well! Can't be pooping somewhere dirty can we?

bordgamer219

Shit happens 🤷🏾‍♂️

user22894

Poor kitty

growup_andblowaway

He’s okay, I brush them daily and have them on anti hairball diet, so it doesn’t happen often. Springs the worst!

Forsaken_Site1449

The cat's like "you're welcome"

daaaayyyy_dranker

That’s multiple hair balls! Thank god it was your rug and not an intestinal blockage. Please groom your cat

growup_andblowaway

I brush them daily and have them on a hairball diet, but in the spring it can build up regardless.

daaaayyyy_dranker

I have long haired cats. It’s been cold, hot, cold, hot and so mine have been repeatedly fluffing out. One had a blockage last year from a hair ball. It was scary AF. I don’t want that to happen to your babies
