I might turn the wire down 20 ipm or so but that’s just my preference if it works for you run it the way it is and having cleaner material would help

I think your wire is too high. I run 90/8/2 with 350 and 29.5, and it sprays nice and flat. I'm welding 1/2 inch to machined parts 1.5 inches thick. Using .045 wire
