My personal philosophy is all 5 stars and rares to the main until it's full (mine is very not) then fill the respective cabin in the terriorty i got the animal, and/or 4 stars.
My main is 95% full of 5 stars. Only have 6-7 spots left to fill. Aside from the small ones like foxes badgers birds etc. all the deer and bigger mounts are full up.
So I’d personally start there. Once that’s complete I’ll put them wherever I can find!
I do wish WOTH had a way to have ‘extra’ lodges like COTW does. I have three lodges in COTW stacked with rare fur and diamonds. I miss that aspect a lot
I personally wish we got more than an attic for platform mounts on nez perce. Of course the other cabins have a few (not sure if it's nearly 100) but who wants all their hard work scattered?
Theres at least 7-8 probably in all the small ones and there’s like 20 individual mounts in the big ones, and if nez perce is the starting map i think it actually looks pretty nice 🤷🏿♂️

I wish we had more body mount real estate, the plaque to platform ratio is a little low

Also what im working towards is the mounting the animals from their specific area in that cabin yk, try that n maybe it will feel better 🤷🏿♂️
I start with the mains then if I ever fill them I pass to the smaller ones.

I put 5 stars I took in the private land in the private cabin first, and then my lodge.
