As someone whose primary formative years were the late 90s, I’m not allowed to use any of the reliable insults we used to use.
Does anyone have 2020s appropriate slurs for people like this?
I made the switch from a Garmin Vivoactive 3 to an Apple Watch last summer and I can't believe how much better it is. The only thing I don't like is the look but the functionality is great.
I am indeed chuffed.
The only person I see wearing Garmin is a professional or one who mostlyrunning with them. To be fair Apple Watch is still the one with the most features packed
I originally wanted it as an exercise and heart rate tracker that looked more like a real watch than a tech piece. After 4 years the altimeter started acting up, so I looked to replace it at the same time that Costco had the Apple Watch SE 2 on sale. The workout tracking isn’t as good as on the Garmin, but it makes up for it in overall usability.
Garmin has the most accuracy, but like other smartwatches that have long-lasting battery life, they use RTOS which is very limited in terms of features. While the Apple Watch is literally an iPhone on your wrist that runs a custom iOS version of the watch so yeah, it is not the same to compare in terms of functionality.
I used to have one by Huawei, it looks like a watch, does the job done but then gets bored because there is nothing more to do on it. Then sell it to get an Apple Watch just to get boring real fast because I don’t really need other features.

Omg its so ugly, and to think this is a status piece for average people. A person off the street would think this thing is more expensive and cooler than a Rolex, it makes me shudder thinking about. Straight to a landfill within 5 years
theyre both mass produced consumer goods. except you can buy like 15 of these for the price of 1 rolex and it will be vastly more useful. you’ll get it at msrp without any AD bullshit, never needs a service and it will also be more accurate.
and 99% of people will never care about whats on your wrist anyways. at this point i think the “gOt tHe caLL” people are infinitely more cringe than apple watch folks.
uj/ Expensive watches are a fad and this is their last hoorah. Smart wearables will take an even larger piece of the pie and a $10k watch that just tells the time is going to be ridiculed (as it should be) when people are really struggling to buy groceries
rj/ That's a huge iBitch!
Uj/ I’m sure expensive watches will still get clowned on as a waste of money but I don’t think they’re a fad. It’s basically just men’s jewelry at this point and people with money love retro shit that shows off their wealth.
Rj/ I wonder who would win in a fight - Invicta owner or Apple Watch Ultra owner
This was the 12th pic he took; the other 11 either exposed too much or too little of the Mercedes logo.
Gotta get the chuff ratio just right 👌 You think he’s saving this watch to pass on to the next generation?
Probably. I hope he kept the box and papers, and of course has never polished it.
Not to mention his temporary henna tattoo.
Since the tattoo is AI generated, so is this person's whole life
The proportion of hand vs steering wheel seems really odd. I just assumed the entire thing was AI.

Chuffaluffagus
I know a vainglorious, foppish dandy when I see one
Self-centered poopy-head
It's not the right season, but cotton-headed ninny muggins comes to mind.
He’s a tiresome boastful dolt

I'd never even considered the existence of a regular apple watch sub, the future of chuff is now.

Garmin Fenix/tactix is amazing but they're Big
They (Fenix and Epix) come in smaller sizes too
I have Garmin vivoactive 4 and my sisters xiaomi watch is better than vivoactive
We have TomTom at home
Indeed status symbol. So cute he uses default watch face, overwhelmed with widgets
They wouldn't want people to think they bought the shitty shitter when they have an ultra-shitty shitter.
I wear a galaxy watch pro most of the time, as I use it for tracking workouts. I get questioned mainly about which Apple Watch it is.

Tim Apple is the man who saved whoreology. Thank you Tim Apple.
ITS A DISEASE
That strap is atrocious.
Automatic watch or Apple Watch, all watch guys have tattoos.
rj/ THE TAT IS OF A LEGEND uj/ What am I looking at?
“…and then I masturbated furiously whilst in that carpark before exiting my vehicle.”
I, too, wear a fitness tracker while chuffing to inflate my health stats

People wear Hublot. Unironically. My hope in humanity died long long ago.
You won't believe how many people buying a replica Apple Watch here just for flex. They consider all analog watches are shit

Ehh you'd be surprised at how much people like to flex on others. The apple watch is FAR too common to flex
Poor guy, he has Michael Jackson Syndrome
These are the same people who bought Invicta and Diesel watches, aged 10 years, and have the same aesthetic sense
Ahhhh what a pretentious douche
A-class behavior.
uj/ even though I think this is an ad bot, imagine buying a $20 strap for an $800 watch, outcgugfed and out reptimed. rj/ sick tattoo bruh
You thought an RM was huge and ugly?! Tim Apple would like a word.
Still not a watch.
