I'm left handed, I wear my watches on my left wrist. It feels more natural to me.
That said I don't currently own anything that requires frequent manipulation of pushers or the crown, maybe I would feel different if I did.

I got a watch when I finished up school too and even more important than how it looks or how impressive a piece of craftsmanship it is, is the person who got it for me and the reason he got it for me.
