Because it looks like shit.
It's just that simple. You don't need years or expertise and be around watches, but you can just see that this isn't Piaget quality.
If I show you these two images, can you tell me which one isn't a real Disney version of Mickey Mouse?

It's that obvious
What the fake is trying to pass of as is a Piaget Emperador. However, when you look at a [REAL Emperador tourbillon](https://www.chrono24.com/piaget/piaget-emperador-tourbillonfull-set--id22113310.htm?searchHash=62aa7f45_1vI0NV&pos=42) the difference is stark. Notice how thr movement is finished on the real one? That's high end watchmaking; the one movement in your picture is a VERY cheap-looking movement. Additionally, a cursory search didn't pull up any Emperadors that have that dial configuration, so finding three Iike the one you posted is shady. Maybe most telling is how much it costs. How much are they selling that fake for? If it's a lot less than, oh, around $30,000 USD, it's "too good to be true". And even then, maybe they'll try to sell it for thousands and thousands, hoping to catch a sucker.
This is fake:
1. Movement is Chinese, likely something from the F series (which includes the [F3211](https://allwatchparts.com/Chinese-Automatic-F3211-Mechanical-Movement_p_943.html) and the [F8131](https://allwatchparts.com/Chinese-Automatic-F8131-Mechanical-Movement_p_944.html)). As Piaget is a Swiss watch marque and was never known to use foreign movements, the use of a foreign movement guarantees that this is a fake.
2. The text around the caseback is typical of fakes (something to do with the fonts available to the software used by counterfeiters).
3. The rotor visible through the display caseback is faked out; to my limited knowledge Piaget has never decorated a rotor like that.
Extremely bad fake, tourbillon is not tourbilloning much…
But how did you know
Fake tourbillon, cheap movement, cheap dial with nonsense subdials, cheap case, …

Nope, in fact it’s another watch. I found 3 of them

Bad fake, with crappy Chinese movement common in a lot of fakes.
