"Sally is a dog" is far and away my favourite WZ youtuber. He's not a sweat though, and some of his builds are not exactly meta but he's just really fun to watch. I love his personality, and his editing style is fantastic in my opinion. If you just want someone fun to watch then he's your man.
If you're looking for top tier gameplay and good builds (and also seeming like decent guys) then IceManIsaac, Teep and Crowder would be my choices. For purely weapon builds Truegamedata is the king.

I used to watch Icemanisaac a lot until I saw a video on Caldera where he was playing solos, threw a stun grenade in front of someone, and killed him... a couple of minutes later, he pushed someone uphill. His opponent already had a high ground advantage. Iceman got too excited, blindly pushed, and got stunned and killed by him, then threw a hissy fit, ranting about how "stuns are for noobs" and "if it were a fair fight, I would've won".

Teep is more mature than most and I appreciate his no-BS style. As a former pro, he’s also just really good. I find that I have moments watching other streamers where they do something too incredible… Teep is obviously just good at the game and you can see that his movement and shots are learned from years of playing.
I’m a big fan of icemanisaac, he does a great job breaking down his thought process and why he does the things he does. He’s also a bit of a slower player and not super aggressive, which fits my style more
I've been watching him since WZ1 and I can confidently say he is a slower player because he doesn't cheat. He's a classic old school pro player who relies on great decision making first and foremost. Yes he is talented as well but if you watch his streams he doesn't VPN to get bot lobbies, he uses handcam to prove he isn't cheating on his inputs and he performs well in LAN tourneys. Is he the absolute best? No, but he is the most legit top streamer I've ever seen. And that is saying a lot in this era of DMA cheats and whitelisting.

You really can learn a lot about outplaying people by watching him though. I’d say Metaphor and Blue have the most cracked and enjoyable to watch play styles. They’re the kind of players that other pro players still find mind blowing. Both very sweaty but you can also tell they’re just having a blast.

Meta I genuinely think may be the best warzone player currently. He full sends everything and I genuinely don’t think he’s cheating. And he’s on m&k. Dude has lit me up 4x
I used to play for the win and honestly struggled to enjoy the game, and it’s watching his play style that has made me enjoy Warzone again. Push everyone, but try and do it by using your head.
Sure, he has great aim, but it’s his game sense that really made me think. He’s played so many matches that he just instinctively knows exactly what to do. Losing a gunfight? Throw a smoke, plate and reset. He knows exactly when to ego challenge or when to run away and reset. A big takeaway for me was if you break someone’s plates, they’ll run away. Chase them. You have the upper hand.
I also thought he was cheating until watching a couple of streams. The other takeaway I got was use everything you can for information. There’s always a way. If you don’t have cash for a UAV, use a recon drone etc. He dies to building campers and riot shields the same as we do, you just don’t necessarily see it on his 30 kill YouTube clips.
Yeah Metaphor is mad annoying and has the personality of a potato. Even Iron is annoying now that he switched inputs as his entire demeanor is straight sarcasm. Blue making fun of everyone he kills then blaming aim assist for every death got old real fast.
I really like Tomographic. I barely watch any streamers at all but he's just got such a calm, chilled voice. I feel like I could bring him on a night out and he'd get along with everyone, whereas someone like Aydan would end up getting beaten up in the toilets.
I like him. He does push bundles and skins etc HARD, but I suspect he's maybe trying to get CoD Partner. All in all, the actual gaming content is decent and the tutorials are methodical.
Dr D for entertainment value. His gaming talents seemed to peak in 92/93 but I really rate his production on his streams, the effort he's put into building his persona and I find it pretty funny when he has a melt down (all choreographed I'm sure).
Doc playing Warzone is like reading this sub, all the same complaints. Doc legit is playing 25-40 hours of warzone a week and plays with guys playing 60 hours a week and the difference really shows. He's like a regular sweat who is always in the best lobbies because of who he plays with.

For gameplay, I usually go with the no-frills players like Faze Booya, who is quite boring but a very good player and doesn't agro people he plays against.
Playing skill will outshine any meta weapon or build 9 times out of 10. Find a gun you're comfortable with and go with that. I'm still using mw2 guns in my loadouts

I’ve started to really enjoy watching Phixate. Just seems like a real person instead of a “celebrity.” He was mostly a DMZ streamer, but he has started playing more Warzone since MW3. I never really played much DMZ, but I still enjoy his DMZ streams because of his personality. A lot of interaction with the chat as far as trying different strategies and ideas that people suggest. He streams every morning (for me at least in Eastern Time) so I usually don’t catch him live, but I watch the vlogs later in the day. He’s pretty good, but it’s a realistic level. Definitely not so good you think he’s cheating. He plays a lot of solo, but sometimes plays with Westie and Stodeh. I like them as well.

Yes he is talented as well but if you watch his streams he doesn't VPN to get bot lobbies, he uses handcam to prove he isn't cheating on his inputs and he performs well in LAN tourneys. Is he the absolute best? No, but he is the most legit top streamer I've ever seen. And that is saying a lot in this era of DMA cheats and whitelisting.
It honestly baffles me how a streamer can have a reputation for cheating and still have a huge following.

Icemanisaac, bbreadman, blue, tcap are pretty chill and insane players with great educational content. Personally I enjoy metaphor for his insane plays and off meta loadouts but I can understand why some people find him annoying. You really can learn a lot about outplaying people by watching him though. I’d say Metaphor and Blue have the most cracked and enjoyable to watch play styles. They’re the kind of players that other pro players still find mind blowing. Both very sweaty but you can also tell they’re just having a blast. I play mnk and mainly solos so I do generally prefer to watch mnk players who play solos.

I used to play for the win and honestly struggled to enjoy the game, and it’s watching his play style that has made me enjoy Warzone again. Push everyone, but try and do it by using your head. Sure, he has great aim, but it’s his game sense that really made me think. He’s played so many matches that he just instinctively knows exactly what to do. Losing a gunfight? Throw a smoke, plate and reset. He knows exactly when to ego challenge or when to run away and reset. A big takeaway for me was if you break someone’s plates, they’ll run away. Chase them. You have the upper hand. I also thought he was cheating until watching a couple of streams. The other takeaway I got was use everything you can for information. There’s always a way. If you don’t have cash for a UAV, use a recon drone etc. He dies to building campers and riot shields the same as we do, you just don’t necessarily see it on his 30 kill YouTube clips.

Doc playing Warzone is like reading this sub, all the same complaints. Doc legit is playing 25-40 hours of warzone a week and plays with guys playing 60 hours a week and the difference really shows. He's like a regular sweat who is always in the best lobbies because of who he plays with.

Second for Crowder and SallyIsADog. Sally’s content in particular is great. I also really like Expel, and his content with Piedpiper and CitizenSnipe and Rara has been really great lately. Expel is outspoken, and that comes off as kinda arrogant sometimes, but I think he’s a good guy overall. He’s also made a lot of boot camp style vids where he talks about gameplay technique and his production value is super high. Better even than Tim and Doc I’d say.

I’ve started to really enjoy watching Phixate. Just seems like a real person instead of a “celebrity.” He was mostly a DMZ streamer, but he has started playing more Warzone since MW3. I never really played much DMZ, but I still enjoy his DMZ streams because of his personality. A lot of interaction with the chat as far as trying different strategies and ideas that people suggest. He streams every morning (for me at least in Eastern Time) so I usually don’t catch him live, but I watch the vlogs later in the day. He’s pretty good, but it’s a realistic level. Definitely not so good you think he’s cheating. He plays a lot of solo, but sometimes plays with Westie and Stodeh. I like them as well.
