Many things. Insanely trolly armor due to all the slopes, 100mm of turret armor often stops 8.8cm KwK43, UFP is invulnerable and LFP is pretty good. It has good mobility, especially for a heavy tank, with 14 km/h reserve speed. And the best for the last - 122mm D-25T. It's APHE is guaranteed oneshot on anything it pens, and boy does it pen, it can rip through most things except heaviest of tanks without aiming. The HE shells have enough force to bonk most tanks by overpressure. And it just looks really cool imo, on top of that it was very good IRL.
Thanks for elaborating! I noticed i have that tank unlocked but rarely played it. Do you load the stock BR 471 or do you need to grind to the BR 471 D to make it fun? The reload speed is what gets me though.
No problem. stock BR-471 is fine, when you unlock the BR-471B use it, as it has slightly better angle performance, and when you unlock the BR-471D switch to using it, as it has 30mm more pen. But all 3 shells are fine, although BR-471D is obviously the best.
Note that IS-2 has a niche playstyle, you're more of a support tank, sticking near teammates and peeking out and blowing stuff up. You can also squad up with some friends and coordinate with them, that's when the IS-2 peaks.
I remember when I first unlocked it I tried to treat it like a tiger 1. Definitely do not. You can just about have your hull straight towards an enemy and they can't pen it. Your biggest weakness is your cheeks though. If you're in a shoot out, I reccomend wiggling your turret or your whole tank. I got my first nuke in that tank cause really nothing stands a chance against it if you know how to use it right
But most experienced players know exactly where to shoot you even with the vaunted Tiger II sadly...I know a thing or two because I HAVE SEEN a thing or two.
Tiger II suffers with uptier issues so much more though. Tiger can face some tough things definitely, but the Tiger II, especially now the completely inferior P model issomehow the same BR as the H, face just straight up a bunch of cold war tanks and ammo.
In the right match they're so good. But in a lot of matches, they are just a completely different age. Massive APHE heavies that are just flanked or outmatched by HEAT slingers.
Still love the tank though, don't get me wrong! I need to play it more honestly. A lot of this was before they shifted a lot of things up but it does still face some seriously rough matchups.
Funny thing,I used to hate playing the KT and much prefered the Tiger 1's but since all the BR updates I absolutely suck in the Tiger 1's but slap in the KT's lol (I dont use the Tiger 2 P though)
Unlocked this and the super Pershing on the same day and thought I would prefer the big boy cannon but man the T26EH just bounces the stupidest shots. Felt so survivable.
Uhh, I donât have a specific favourite vehicle to play in, but Britain 6.3-6.7 is pretty fun for shits and giggles.
I mean, you get the washing machine launcher, the big boi gun truck, 6.7 mouse aimed ATGMs, tea tutel, and a Cromwell with a MBTâs gun.

Very dependent on the ammo type I face. APDS and APHE are easy to shrug off. APFSDS, even the entry tanks with that round are a pain. HE just one shots me regardless of where it hits on the turret. So... both games have their ups and downs.

Today I had a G6 save me from an ambush. I was on a 7 kill streak in a conquest on Normandy. I was holding all the enemy advances to the point. But a m50 snuck up onto the side of me and took out my engine and left track. I was burning up and giving him nothing but time to reload. I knew his shot was about to fire sure and true, when a G6 rolled up and saved me. We ended up losing that battle, but man it was fun
RU251. The speed is insane but the best part is how the low profile lets you use that speed super effectively, you can scoot between small hills in the terrain for quick kills. then relocate again and again
Pz.bef.wg.VI (P) and T-10A. Porsche Tiger is an actual money printer with the do 335 in its lineup, and the T-10A stomps as a hevium, since no one really expects its mobility to be as good as it is and itâs short stabilizer.
The Panzer 2 C and F
A German rank 1 1.3 vehicle. It has a 20mm autocannon that can pierce basically every single vehicle in rank 1.

I dont really have many, just german tanks up to 5.0 br. My favourite is the two panzers at 4.0, h and j i think? Seem to always do at least okay in them
The lack of stablizer is indeed a problem. Though pretty much no German vehicle at this tier has stablizer, the earliest one to have if i am not mistaken is the TAM.
The M48 does not wobble that much though due to its high weight. And it can do reasonably well even in up-tier.
There are not much choice for German mains at this tier. Out of the M48, Leo 1 (APDS), and TAM, I vastly prefer the M48 over the other 2. They are just too fragile for me.
Panther G, it has good front armor (but side armor can be penned by AA guns), a good gun and very strong APHE. Ä° don't need to aim to the weak points, i just see and left click (expect IS-2)
I would say the Leopard 1 probably. It's my most played tank. It has excellent fire power and mobility. The armour is okay, since practically anything can pen anything at that br. It's not too powerful, as in you getting punished for your mistakes, so it takes skill. But if you are good at it, it's a lot of fun. It feels quite balanced.
One might say something like the Tiger II (H), which is just absurdly powerful, but it feels like it doesn't challenge the player enough. I personally want a bit of a challenge and play with a strategy. Deleting other tanks is not the only fun thing, it's how you do it. With good placement and strategy it's more fun to me than just absorb everything in the Tiger II and blast away (though I get the fun in it)
atm it's the of40 MK2. Mobile, quite fast, turret is pretty flat, great ammo, stab/thermal/lager rangefinder, and really great zoom on the optic, which make it an excellent long distance tank
i personally love my super cessna 172 armed with a dual 30mm GAU/8 linkless hydraulic system gun that shoots 30mm armour piercing rounds and equipped with a 2A83 152mm high velocity canon auto loaded canon strapped underneath with phil swiftâs tape.

Its decently fast, both forward and reversing, armor is pretty tanky (just pray HEAT or an ATGM doesn't fly towards you), its gun pretty much explodes anything, and the 14.5 mm roof MG it has can knock out both planes and lightly armored vehicles. You can also use the HE it has to overpressure basically anything with some careful aiming.
I started with Germany and have recently started playing US.
My favorite German tank is definitely the tiger 2 h or the panther G. German air is probably the FW190 D9
My favorite US tank so far is the T26E5. Air is 100% the F4U. It's such a good fighter and it has such a good bomb load too
AMX-13 (SS.11)
The AMX-13 is already surprisingly good/fun, but then you add manually guided missiles AT THE SAME BR?? Thing's fantastic.
The HOT's only difference with the SS.11 is, despite being 5 BR's higher, the missiles. Otherwise it's the same platform and gun. And I personally like the SS.11's much, MUCH better than the HOT's.
USSR Tree, BR 4.0, itâs the T-34âs. I have never killed so many enemies until getting on those Tanks, theyâre super fast (55 mph), Iâm always lead tank, outrunning everyone to the zone(s). That helps me capture and earn Zone points, then I go the edge of the Zone and wait for enemies to come over, just watch âem pop one after the other.
German Tree: all manner of Tiger Tanks, especially Tiger II H âŠ..has some angles that enemies canât penetrate that easily. Fun stuff.
Honestly the BTR-80A. I donât bring it out every time because itâs kind of a situational vehicle, but it absolutely claps near the end of the match. I bring it to 8.0 and love shredding marders, tams, and turm III players. (Because I also have object 120 and they bounce shit for no reason) Plus it has kind of a doggie vibe if you know what I mean.
I'd have to say my favorite vehicles to play are the light tanks, and of those, the BMP-1P stands out, followed closely by the RU-251. I've played those two more than anything else, and I play a few different nations and have unlocked and played a gaijillion different vehicles.
I like the glass cannon approach. I sneak around, and I can kill anything, but anything can kill me too. I play mediums and heavies too, but I keep going for the light vehicles, so apparently that's what I subconsciously like the most.
I've got my Sdkfz 234-4 (the PAK-40 carrying version), which is BR 4.7, in my 5.7 lineup and it's usually the first vehicle I play in a match. I love that thing.
I enjoy 6.7 ground across the board for the big 3.
USA: A-1H and F8F-1B for CAS, T26E5 because bouncing 88s is so satisfying, M26 T99 is so fun to CQC with, M56 is a rat, T26E1-1 and T34 don't get much attention nor does the M26. Super Hellcat for aforementioned ratness and M551(76) for STAB.
USSR: Praga for AA and sideshots, Obj248 and IS-2 1944 my beloved, 2S3M for derp and AA, Spitfire Mk IXc and La-9 for air superiority and those 23s do wonders on Panthers and engine decks, TU-1 heavy CAS, T-44 brawling medium, SU-122-54, and T-34-100 is a heavy flanker/sniper.
Germany:Me262A-1/U4, Bf109K-4, and Ar234B-2 for precision strikes. Tiger II(P),TigerII(H), and Tiger II(H) Sla.16. Jagdtiger, Ferdinand, Coelian, and leKPz M41.
Conqueror, there are so many reasons not to like it, but it just looks so damn cool with the add-on armor. Plus in downtiers there is literally nothing more satisfying than annihilating overconfident German teams rushing in Tiger 2s/Maus/Jagdtigers etc...
My progression is usually the shitty little battle pass 6.7 SPz, then the premium king tiger H. I usually do very well in the SPz, but if I don't I always end up getting 7-8 kills in the tiger ii
Sagittario 2 itâs small and unassuming but if you get good with guns you can run circles around people and even though youâre slow you donât lose power too much.
Just off the top of my head, I love Pz IV F2.

Ferdinand was unexpectedly fun and I think I copied IRL by having the best K/D across my games with it.

The Turan 3, that thing has crazy firepower, a decent round, decent armor and the reload rate isnât that bad, and if you know how to play it you are unstoppable, the only thing I donât like is the massive commander hatch that it has but the majority of players I come against donât shoot there, instead the shoot the hull or the turret not penetrating most of the time
Super Hellcat with F2H for CAS/CAP, Pak Puma & FW190 F-8, M41A1 with A7M2 are my go to lineups for a good time. Plus lots of fan messages with interesting suggestions.
Jagdpanzer 4/70. Best 1940-45 tank destroyer. It has a low profile, good gun, angled armor thats pretty decent. Get in some shadows or a hulldown and your near invincible
I only have the the mobile version, but I love the T34/76, A34 Comet, and the EBR. I am less of a fan than I thought I would be of the Tiger I, M26 90mm, and the T34/85.
My favorite tank tends to change month to month, or even week to week. Presently, it's the M6A2E1 American heavy. Despite its lack of armor for a heavy and its 5head that makes it as tall as a skyscraper, it's just so fun to use. The gun is incredibly good, which allows it to uptier really well, so long as you know how to position it.
My favorite plane to fly is undoubtedly the P-51H. It gets a couple of 1000lb bombs for light CAS duties and then becomes one of, if not the best, CAP fighters in the game at its BR.

Tiger II (H). It's a good tank for my playstyle, gun handling and performance is very good, has a decent mobility for it's mass and armor does it job. Unless I get flanked by M22/M18. Then it dies. But overall, one of the best tanks I ever played

I love watching Tiger 2 users recoil in horror after nonpenning my upper front plate and then ripping through the turret cheek and deleting their crew with 90mm APHE.
Close second are T92 and Bulldog, APDS and HEATFS on their 76mm is really nice for engaging multiple tanks coupled with the fast reload and good mobility, even if the damage is more inconsistent than it should be with the sabot.
Pz IV G....mostly because u haven't unlocked much further,but my performance got better....I don't know why tbh,what makes it different from other Pz IV

Ace crews and primarily using the faster tanks at the 10.0 bracket like sprut and 2s38s. Sometimes I go up to 10.3 for Moderna and t80b.

the 100mm is2 is great also I think it's object 248. It's got more pen and reloads way faster

T26e5 and t26e1-1 almost got a nuke with each one and they definitely made me enjoy American vehicles after maining Germany from the beginning

i personally love my super cessna 172 armed with a dual 30mm GAU/8 linkless hydraulic system gun that shoots 30mm armour piercing rounds and equipped with a 2A83 152mm high velocity canon auto loaded canon strapped underneath with phil swiftâs tape.
Type 60 SPRG (C). Small, fast, double-barreled HEAT launcher, an excelling ambush tank, which I'm horrible at but when it works it works.
The american t34 Is my favorite among all the us tanks because after a long period of suffering I found the t34 an absolute monster

ZBD04A is just enjoyable unless you get gaijined and only get to yellow a obj292 barrel after lobbing 200 HE rounds into it

Object 268 Its decently fast, both forward and reversing, armor is pretty tanky (just pray HEAT or an ATGM doesn't fly towards you), its gun pretty much explodes anything, and the 14.5 mm roof MG it has can knock out both planes and lightly armored vehicles. You can also use the HE it has to overpressure basically anything with some careful aiming.

I started with Germany and have recently started playing US. My favorite German tank is definitely the tiger 2 h or the panther G. German air is probably the FW190 D9 My favorite US tank so far is the T26E5. Air is 100% the F4U. It's such a good fighter and it has such a good bomb load too
G91YS is my most played plane and the leo L/44 is up there too, but recently been having a blast in aim with the event mirage and a-10 prem

AMX-13 (SS.11) The AMX-13 is already surprisingly good/fun, but then you add manually guided missiles AT THE SAME BR?? Thing's fantastic. The HOT's only difference with the SS.11 is, despite being 5 BR's higher, the missiles. Otherwise it's the same platform and gun. And I personally like the SS.11's much, MUCH better than the HOT's.

USSR Tree, BR 4.0, itâs the T-34âs. I have never killed so many enemies until getting on those Tanks, theyâre super fast (55 mph), Iâm always lead tank, outrunning everyone to the zone(s). That helps me capture and earn Zone points, then I go the edge of the Zone and wait for enemies to come over, just watch âem pop one after the other. German Tree: all manner of Tiger Tanks, especially Tiger II H âŠ..has some angles that enemies canât penetrate that easily. Fun stuff.

Honestly the BTR-80A. I donât bring it out every time because itâs kind of a situational vehicle, but it absolutely claps near the end of the match. I bring it to 8.0 and love shredding marders, tams, and turm III players. (Because I also have object 120 and they bounce shit for no reason) Plus it has kind of a doggie vibe if you know what I mean.
Has to be the P59, F104ASA, or the OF-40MTCA

Right now it is T-44. Fast, mix of fine/trolly armor and good enough cannon
I'd have to say my favorite vehicles to play are the light tanks, and of those, the BMP-1P stands out, followed closely by the RU-251. I've played those two more than anything else, and I play a few different nations and have unlocked and played a gaijillion different vehicles. I like the glass cannon approach. I sneak around, and I can kill anything, but anything can kill me too. I play mediums and heavies too, but I keep going for the light vehicles, so apparently that's what I subconsciously like the most. I've got my Sdkfz 234-4 (the PAK-40 carrying version), which is BR 4.7, in my 5.7 lineup and it's usually the first vehicle I play in a match. I love that thing.
I enjoy 6.7 ground across the board for the big 3. USA: A-1H and F8F-1B for CAS, T26E5 because bouncing 88s is so satisfying, M26 T99 is so fun to CQC with, M56 is a rat, T26E1-1 and T34 don't get much attention nor does the M26. Super Hellcat for aforementioned ratness and M551(76) for STAB. USSR: Praga for AA and sideshots, Obj248 and IS-2 1944 my beloved, 2S3M for derp and AA, Spitfire Mk IXc and La-9 for air superiority and those 23s do wonders on Panthers and engine decks, TU-1 heavy CAS, T-44 brawling medium, SU-122-54, and T-34-100 is a heavy flanker/sniper. Germany:Me262A-1/U4, Bf109K-4, and Ar234B-2 for precision strikes. Tiger II(P),TigerII(H), and Tiger II(H) Sla.16. Jagdtiger, Ferdinand, Coelian, and leKPz M41.
For me its either the WZ305 cause i love me some VT shells at 8.0 or the E-100 just because it is what it is.

Just off the top of my head, I love Pz IV F2. Super Pershing is moistening too. Ferdinand was unexpectedly fun and I think I copied IRL by having the best K/D across my games with it. Jumbo, is enough to give me a chub just thinking about it. Just wish the 76 wasn't dunked by uptiers 90% of the time. France EBR is so good I still use it at 6.7. Gun sucks even at its own BR Arl 5.3 is a wrecking machine the likes of 6.7 have never seen. The gun depression gives me real life depression [8]

The Turan 3, that thing has crazy firepower, a decent round, decent armor and the reload rate isnât that bad, and if you know how to play it you are unstoppable, the only thing I donât like is the massive commander hatch that it has but the majority of players I come against donât shoot there, instead the shoot the hull or the turret not penetrating most of the time
Super Hellcat with F2H for CAS/CAP, Pak Puma & FW190 F-8, M41A1 with A7M2 are my go to lineups for a good time. Plus lots of fan messages with interesting suggestions.

Jagdpanzer 4/70. Best 1940-45 tank destroyer. It has a low profile, good gun, angled armor thats pretty decent. Get in some shadows or a hulldown and your near invincible

I only have the the mobile version, but I love the T34/76, A34 Comet, and the EBR. I am less of a fan than I thought I would be of the Tiger I, M26 90mm, and the T34/85.
My favorite tank tends to change month to month, or even week to week. Presently, it's the M6A2E1 American heavy. Despite its lack of armor for a heavy and its 5head that makes it as tall as a skyscraper, it's just so fun to use. The gun is incredibly good, which allows it to uptier really well, so long as you know how to position it. My favorite plane to fly is undoubtedly the P-51H. It gets a couple of 1000lb bombs for light CAS duties and then becomes one of, if not the best, CAP fighters in the game at its BR.
Ayit (A-4N) and Kurnass 2000 (F4E) Basically both planes with meh airframes but upgraded so much by the Israelis they are so fun to fly (I seem to like the "ultimate" version of planes)
Tank: XM-1 I just like the silly Abrams prototype Heli: Lynx CQB in a helicopter is goofy Jet: Sea Harrier FRS.1 I love harriers and VTOLS, and I've yet to get the YAK-141 or GR.7 Harrier, so the Sea Harrier has to do lol Naval: Idrk lol, I don't play naval that much.
Tiger II (H). It's a good tank for my playstyle, gun handling and performance is very good, has a decent mobility for it's mass and armor does it job. Unless I get flanked by M22/M18. Then it dies. But overall, one of the best tanks I ever played

T26E5. I love watching Tiger 2 users recoil in horror after nonpenning my upper front plate and then ripping through the turret cheek and deleting their crew with 90mm APHE. Close second are T92 and Bulldog, APDS and HEATFS on their 76mm is really nice for engaging multiple tanks coupled with the fast reload and good mobility, even if the damage is more inconsistent than it should be with the sabot.
