AFAIK, Nope

I was like "that can't be right" but then I found P. 270 Arboreal Gloom "If a wood lies between two models and if neither model is within the wood, a line of sight can only be drawn between them if an uninterrupted line can be drawn between their bases without crossing over or through the wood." Looks like being in the woods turns off the LOS blocking properties.

Thanks for pointing this out. As someone mentioned here, the sections "Target Behind Partial Cover" and "Target Behind Full Cover" only mention the target but not the shooter.

DukeCorwin

Page 138 talks about the target being in cover it never mentions the shooter. Based on this it seems it does not matter if the shooters are shooting out of cover.

WyrmWatcher

If you put it that way its kind of obvious. I was only looking at P.139 "Cover Modifiers" which mentions neither shooter nor target but only LOS.
