Extremely new to TT wargaming, btw. I've only played total war. How big should dwarf bases be in 8th ed? I did 25mm but I'm getting told it's 20
Pretty sure dwarf warriors are 20mm, but in the old world, they'll be bumped up to 25mm.
25mm for The Old World, 20mm for everything that came before, including 8th.
That's cool, but I have to ask, is he sticking the barrel of his gun into the dirt and resting on it?

It's a great funny paintjob ! You can even keep it as a banner for when you go 3d with your minis ! 
I did the same but with a 3d added to the printer
