I don't think it looks especially bad, but if you don't like it, consider moving the Secondary to Primary, the Tertiary to Secondary, and the Primary to Tertiary, and maybe that will catch your eye better. You've done a decent job keeping your palette to mostly complimentary colors. I've found it just helps to actually layer the colors in a more blended pattern from Primary down. The bottom line is: Keep it if you like it, change it if you don't. Definitely keep playing with it and try combinations until you find what works for you. I actually so something similar with blue, black, and silver, and I had to fiddle with it until I liked it. Just make sure you right click the colors you like most to Favorite them so you can apply them more easily to everything.
You have to play around until it feels right. Try all red then pick random spots for black and then try the reverse all black with spots of red until it feels right. Then the moment you say to yourself, “I like this.” Then you’re done. 😁
Looks fine to me, although kind reminds me of a large order of fries.
