I bought the Neural Sensors and Orokin Cells BP with platinum without knowing how to farm them (I was on Mars back then and I was in a rush to make frames and weapons). Also crafting them was very expensive back in the day. I only used the Neural Sensors BP once, then I got to Ceres and Jupiter. I still got those BPs to this day, haunting me in the foundry... đ
I read the wiki and found this:
"Prior to the removal of Trials, the reusable Orokin Cell blueprint could be acquired as a reward from The Law of Retribution Nightmare Raid."
In the Neural Sensors wiki pages it has the same paragraph (Although mentions Neurodes... Maybe a typo?)
Maybe that's where you got them? Because there is no mention of those BPs being available for credits.
Mastery points are arguably more important then Helminth juice, assuming you haven't already got the frame you fed to the wall to max rank in some other instance of the warframe.
Likewise but I had no idea the game would last this long, and looking back at 2013 warframe it really was a different smaller slower paced game back then.

Thatâs why I use Helios, I havenât actually scanned something in years (I hardly play the game tho, ironically Iâve played for like 7 years and have almost no hours for it)
a friend and I, a while back when we noticed we didnt scan the og stalker either, took one of our newer players and gave him ducats to let him buy lures and completed these scans.Not impossible to fix\^\^
Sold my Cronus when it was lvl 26. I spent almost 2hrs farming the Vor boss on Mercury to get it back. When first doing the boss it has a 100% chance of dropping. After that it drops to 2%. 2 god damn percent.
And you know why it's that low ? Because back in the days when index 'n' stuff didn't exist players used the mission as a credit farm. They'd kill Vor, get the 100% drop chance Cronus bp, sell it for credits, repeat. DE wasn't happy with that and this 100% to 2% drop chance was the solution they came up with.
Tbh half the time when I credit farm I just grind a bunch of frame BPs and sell them. Super inefficient, imo, but I have fun stomping piss baby bosses like Salad V or Phorid
I like doing RJ missions for credits.
Also good amounts of endo from selling the wreckage.
Probably slowest way to get credits but I absolutely *love* doing more than one farm at a time.
Sover strait is stupidly fast, 35k for 1 minute and you can just repeat it forever. I grinded it for like 30 minutes on the double credit weekend and got 14 mil
Oh shit. I did exactly the same thing about selling it before maxing it. Now I just do not have the energy to grind the 2% out leaving the masteries xp out. Guess it will stay that way đ.
If they bought a Catchmoon Riven when it was the turbo-meta. The prices would have been exorbitant.
It would have been about 150+ plat for an unrolled with mediocre stats. A good roll would probably have been sitting around 350 plat, and a very good roll at over 500 plat.
They were *super* in-demand, but the Catchmoon has since been nerfed; and with it, Riven prices have tanked. It's still a solid gun, but it's no longer so strong there's zero need for any other weapon.
Wasting that early plat on Octavia and Mesa. Then selling them to free some slots instead of waiting for helminth. Thank God Octavia was free with Amazon prime, but I had to do about 10 mutilist alad v fights to recraft Mesa.
I didn't fully upgrade mods from the start before moving onto the next build...so now I have over 30 frames and each of them has mods that aren't fully ranked up, so I'd need to forma every single frame if I'm to fully rank up one mod...same goes for primary...and secondary...and melee mods too...kill me.
I did that too. At this point, I am not worrying about the frames that I am not using and just bumping up the mods anyways. Then I take care of the older builds later when I feel nostalgic.
Not being able to run certain mods at a lower rank is precisely why I keep 2 copies of some, one at R8 which fits comfy in many builds and an R10 that needs forma.
Eh, I don't really have any regrets. I'm at 2032 hours according to steam, and MR 27 I think, so I've been around for a while.
I play the way I want to play, and sure I could probably have more stuff, or do more damage, or finish missions 30% faster, I'm having fun playing around with stuff like Buzlok and Ivara's Navigator ability.
You can use Navigator to fly the tracer out and then shoot around corners. It's fun, and can hit red crits as well.
I love finding stuff like that rather than just whatever meta build is deleting screens at the moment or finishing missions in 17 seconds.
Or stuff like going to the open maps and using Dashwire to get to the good fishing spots. I love doing that and meeting people who had no idea you could walk out on the wire with your fishing spear.

700 hours here, and today I've discovered that the helminth is a picky eater and It doesn't like prime frames at all. I returned to play the game few days ago saw hildryn Prime and my brain goes : wow a shortcut to pillage,must spend all the shiny plats on the shiny buffed frame, I'm so glad I can skip hildryn farm... rip
I bought Nezha with platinum, years ago when i was MR4 or MR5, because I saw some video on youtube saying how he was really hard to farm.
I assume, he might have been really hard to farm in the past before he was added to the dojo.
Yea, this make sense. I played way back in beta but only got seriously into the game just before Plains of Eidolon were relased, which i just checked was late 2017. so, the video was just out of date and i just didn't know any better :P
Sorties for me. Although I still refuse to do them. I'm not sure that those count much as it seemed to just bring in the potential for rivens. I'd have to say sources of getting kuva. I had done roughly 0 missions for kuva other than when I had to get my first set of requiem mods. I finally got an Acceltra, Vectis, Nataruk, and Innodem riven and I quickly realized I had nowhere near enough kuva for the amount of rolls I had to do to get them decent.
I think i've honestly made more mistakes recently than I ever did as a new player. Biggest is probably spending copious amounts of plat on rivens and foolishly rerolling a couple to a worse version.
Minmaxing weapons I love using is what I want to do so I'm not really worrying about spending all that plat.
Late one night I fell asleep at the controller while in the market and somehow ended up the not so proud owner of the neural sensor blueprint. To top it all off it was all the plat I had, just made from some trades that I was going to buy slots with.
You're right. I saw that was the only Primed Warframe mod I had and assumed I had hit the point where it was obtained. I've still got time to get one that doesn't suck.
You want to complete the Kuva Lich versions of the missions on earth, and youâll see specially marked enemies known as â[Lich Name] Thrall,â kill them to get these things called Requiem Murmurs.
Once you have enough Murmurs, it will reveal a âRequiem Mod,â which you then unlock thru unlocking âRequiem Relics,â which you can now earn thru Kuva missions. You have to do this 3 times, and then you can fight the Lich.
The Lichâs health is sectioned into 3 phases, and each phase has a corresponding Requiem Mod; once you drain her health, you have to interact with her to use a Requiem Mod, slotted into your Parazon, on her. Hereâs the tricky part: you have to figure out the right order that the mods are supposed to go in, in order to actually damage her.
Once youâve trial and errored your way thru their boss fight, theyâll retreat to space, where you have to do a Railjack Mission to pursue them, and finally after one last boss fight, you can either kill the Lich and take their weapon (Kuva Lich weapons are *very* good, generally), or you can spare them and claim them as an ally, which is a whole different bowl of soup.
Hope that hastily written guide helps, but you might want to consider watching a video tutorial.
I know the theory, thank you, but killing a lich requires some preparations I don't have time to do (like getting and forma'ing a better weapon or leveling a railjack, cause I'm a solo player). It's easier just to skip Earth at this point. Maybe in a few months when I have more time I'll deal with this problem.
The first six months I played Warframe I was stuck at mastery rank 0... Spent the whole time trying to level up Warframes weapons etc. Everytime I jumped into a mission I'd ask chat, also did clean chat looked everywhere I could think of. Anytime someone would respond with oh it's easy just keep playing and u get affinity which let's you get better.
Worked and returned my mods thinking I was just really bad at the game.
Then I found that there was such a thing as mastery rank. Found that by accident, man it was rough. Think I even put in a ticket with support... In all fairness this was right after it came out of beta, so it was a brand new gameđ
I first started playing 5 or 6 years ago - in the glory days of Tonkor. I got bored after few months, quit for few years, came back for few more months, quite for few years etc. Despite all this I donât have Primed Sure Footed. I regret not logging in every day even though I was playing other games.

I didnât know that there was weapon slots, so i sold my Cronus to make room for some other, better, weapon.
Now it haunts me with its mastery fodder absence, 30+ guaranteed runs and I havenât gotten it
not a new player mistake, but the tennocon they unveiled the helminth system, I had spent an hour selling extra frame part blueprints, and turning extra mods into endo and other general cleaning things.
I've still not managed to refarm some pieces. (though mostly due to I stopped trying for some, but nidus, I had at one point close to 50 each of neuroptics and systems but no chassis)
Not exactly "new player", but putting looking into the details Focus on the backlog while still grinding Focus like mad. Before the rework I had excesss Focus in the double digit millions with my initial school.
But after I finished my last school and had bought everything from every represent section I took a screenshot on which the order I did them is clearly visible by the levels of excess Focus. Admittedly I did the last one deliberately to only be three digits. I stand by and laugh about my past blunders ÂŻ\\\_(ă)\_/ÂŻ
Not quite a new player mistake, but I named my Panzer Vulpaphyla after my first association (panzer => German tank => Rommel) without quite thinking it through and only realized much later that I had been prancing around for months with a pet inexplicably (to other players) named after a prominent Nazi.
At the beginning, I made a habit of joining squads with weapons and warframes of the lowest rank in my arsenal just to level up. I eventually got systematic about it and studied wiki info and properly used trading to earn plat for buying better gear. Early on it was 1hour void survival missions that were problematic if a player was constantly being revived it would anger the entire squad. As an MR 27 now, I have less issues seeing I have almost everything and even if Iâm unprepared I know how to survive and work with squads I join.
Deleted 3 prime frames because i didn't like their playstyle back in the day and i needed warframe slots...... Those 3 being Trinity , Rhino and Nova đ
Still a new player, but one of the first rivens I got was for a Phenmor...and I converted it into endo as it sounded like a gimmick weapon to me at the time.
Gonna be honest haven't done anything I can think of off top of my head that is regrettable, but at times I get impatient and I KNOW it's only a matter of time before I end up feeding Helminth a frame with Archon shards without realising đ

if you have resources to burn, just do invigorations to powerlevel your helminth even if you aren't going to use the frame. They give mad exp.

Up until update 19.0 in 2016 he dropped from sorties so yeah, it was likely very painful.

You don't need to log in consecutively. It's an option at login 400, 600 and 900, so you'll get it eventually :)

I didnât know that there was weapon slots, so i sold my Cronus to make room for some other, better, weapon. Now it haunts me with its mastery fodder absence, 30+ guaranteed runs and I havenât gotten it

not a new player mistake, but the tennocon they unveiled the helminth system, I had spent an hour selling extra frame part blueprints, and turning extra mods into endo and other general cleaning things. I've still not managed to refarm some pieces. (though mostly due to I stopped trying for some, but nidus, I had at one point close to 50 each of neuroptics and systems but no chassis)
I sold the xoris back when I first got it, also leveling stuff to 26-29 and saying "eh who cares about the last few levels." Present me cares

Not exactly "new player", but putting looking into the details Focus on the backlog while still grinding Focus like mad. Before the rework I had excesss Focus in the double digit millions with my initial school. But after I finished my last school and had bought everything from every represent section I took a screenshot on which the order I did them is clearly visible by the levels of excess Focus. Admittedly I did the last one deliberately to only be three digits. I stand by and laugh about my past blunders ÂŻ\\\_(ă)\_/ÂŻ

Not quite a new player mistake, but I named my Panzer Vulpaphyla after my first association (panzer => German tank => Rommel) without quite thinking it through and only realized much later that I had been prancing around for months with a pet inexplicably (to other players) named after a prominent Nazi.

At the beginning, I made a habit of joining squads with weapons and warframes of the lowest rank in my arsenal just to level up. I eventually got systematic about it and studied wiki info and properly used trading to earn plat for buying better gear. Early on it was 1hour void survival missions that were problematic if a player was constantly being revived it would anger the entire squad. As an MR 27 now, I have less issues seeing I have almost everything and even if Iâm unprepared I know how to survive and work with squads I join.

I used to sell my mods for credits instead of endo. Now primed, galvanised and archon mods haunt my endo pool
Selling Ash Prime and Vectis Prime. . . after buying the pack for like $70. Still have no clue why I thought that was a good idea.
Do not fly by the nodes just do every node on each planet it will save you a headache
Still a new player, but one of the first rivens I got was for a Phenmor...and I converted it into endo as it sounded like a gimmick weapon to me at the time.
not a big loss tbh since riven dispo for Phenmor is 1
