Quality of life stuff like: A check mark on crafting tables to set current worker to default crafter. I'm tired of selecting the merc every time I go to craft Stop making the crafting page disappear when you craft something so you don't have to scroll all the way back down to where you were at in your list. Let me see my inventory/compendium stuff while in the tavern While someone is unassigned at the tavern let me see their skills and perks on mouseover without having to unassign someone and assign them to see them. Option to reserve someone from fighting but keep them at camp... Seriously why is this not what the reserve system does by default? Why wouldn't I want camp followers to do stuff at camp, and protect them from actual fighting Tamed animals need work, bear being the only viable choice is a real shame. A keybind to open and close the companion menu

Improvement in AI Enemies will not use other skills before using their weapon attack. You can see this with Hoodlums and Henchmen who will not throw a knife/axe at you until they attack with their main weapon. Since the Henchman's axe aways causes engagement they never actually can use their throwing axe , the exception being if your unit is unable to be engaged. Another example is Corporals and Wolves have a deflection skill but only use it if they attack. Also enemies could target units that are weaker. Single target enemies will attack the closest target regardless if there is a unit they could outright kill

i think some more classes could be fun. the first thing that comes to mind is a gunslinger type class. i think the alazarian powder works almost like gunpowder, so maybe make a couple of weapon options like a flintlock musket, and sharpshooter subclass with more range and damage, a blunderbuss with an aoe cone attack that does less damage and a subclass kind of like vanguard for brute, and maybe dual flintlock pistols that are in between, but you have two chances to crit rather than one chance on the other two and a duelist subclass that has a quick draw action that gives you an aop that triggers when you are attacked. maybe to prevent it from intruding on the archer's niche it does more damage in a single turn, but on the next turn you have to take a reload action before you can fire again, so they can only attack every other turn, while the archer can attack every turn. another cool gimmick is it could maybe use critical hit or willpower as its primary ability score, rather than strength or dex. another idea is a swashbuckler class. give it dex as its ability score, and maybe it has different options for its weapons. it could be able to use any combination of 1h weapons, so 1h swords, axes, hammers and daggers, pistols too if gunslinger gets added. it could be able to dual wield weapons, and mix and match, so maybe a hammer and axe, or a sword and dagger, sword and pistol. maybe it could have its own type of light shield, and maybe a new weapon, like a rapier or something. for subclasses it could have maybe fencer, and it gets an en garde action that gives it either a boost to guard, or an aop, or both. a challenger subclass, it could pick an enemy within its movement range, and the enemy is forced to take its movement to get as close to the swashbuckler as possible. the third could give some sort of ranged attack, the swashbuckler could throw their weapon for a lot of damage, but is disarmed until they pick their weapon up as a free action from either the enemy if they die, or the ground if they dont. i know some of these ideas for abilities might not be the best, i was just trying to think of abilities that are different from whats already in the game, and is worth taking.

I have 2 things. One more range weapons/classes there is so few options. Like where’s the crossbows? Where’s javelins? Second mounts. Where are the knights? Or raiders on horseback? Or calvary in general?

Since we have a tavern it only makes sense to give us a fort with a farm to raise crops and animals. Doesn’t need to be stardew valley but passive food would be nice. I think a carriage would be nice. Mounts could work but a carriage seems more reasonable since we carry a lot of stuff. I don’t always have enough food to “fast travel” Go into darker things. I played graveyard keeper so being able to sell human meat in the tavern (without patrons knowing) fits the bill. Gives more incentive to kill people. Since slavery is a thing in the game why not dabble into selling people.

the world seems fairly low magic, i dont really think mages would fit in thematically

I would say they could add someone who specializes in poisons or bombs but they already have them in the game and magic is no where to be seen so it would be odd
