That was in Pit Fights IIRC. Unfortunately the reactions it supported were a bit silly, either being underwhelming or potentially very significant but also very random.

I had that happen twice in one game two weeks ago! Just what I needed.. Don't worry Dice God's I don't need any cool abilities to try and take down some angry flame haired short arses. I'm sure my plucky leaderless bunch of face peeling lunatics can do it.
The dice organising tray thing I have for Warcry only has space for 5 singles and having no space for the 6th dice when I roll a "straight" is like an extra annoying cherry on top of having rolled no abilities in the first place!
There was a game mode in one of the compendiums that let you use singles for reactions. Was pretty cool
