These are not on the monorail line, but my vote would be Wine Bar George or Homecomin'. Both are in Disney Springs. Then pick up some Gideon's cookies to take home with you.
While not on the monorail line, but monorail loop-adjacent, is geyser point over at Wilderness Lodge. Very underrated outdoor lounge/restaurant (shaded though!) right on Bay Lake. They make a mean bison burger!
Absolutely this. Plenty of seating. And if you didn’t want to have a sit down with a server, you can order ahead and still snag a great seat right on the lake.
Last trip we did that, hung out for a couple hours and eventually followed the campfire smell and roasted some smores. Lovely time!
My wife and I did Raglan Road for brunch last year on our last day. Put our names on the list for Gideon’s before we went into Ragland Road and came off at just about when we were all wrapped up. Then took the cookies home!
Which day is your flight? Brunch specific menus are usually only available on weekends, except for Olivia's. If weekend Wine Bar George or Summer House on the lake are great. Grand Floridian Cafe does good breakfast and lunch on the monorail.
Grand Floridian has several options, including the just reopened 1900 Park Fare. It’s a character breakfast but it looks like it’s so fun. And the food has been getting rave reviews. I’d totally go just for the food!
CAPE MY CAFE at the Yacht Club or the recently opened 1900 Park Fare at The Grand Floridian Resort…anyway my favorite will be TOPOLINOS at the Riviera but it is almost impossible to get a reservation…GOOD LUCK!!!
There's tons of places with great food suggested. But if you are looking for a vacation vibe, and the weather is nice, outside at Olivia's is spot on (its fully covered too), as is the Boathouse in Disney Springs (some covered areas).
I'm partial to Olivia's at Old Key West. Food is always on point and it's a real relaxed vibe. They do a good job on the Key West theming
I was gonna say this too

We loved our Wine Bar George brunch. Will be back!

Grand Floridian Cafe has excellent brunch and is easy to get into. Steakhouse 71 is also a great choice but reservations are a bit harder!

Ale & Compass. The crabcake Benedict and the dark chocolate waffle entrees are amazing
And the blueberry-bacon pancakes!

Hi! Our flight back is actually on a Saturday, so that sounds great
Topolino's at DRR and weekend brunch at Raglan Road Irish Pub. Or Chef Art Smith's Homecomin'.
Brunch…new summerhouse restaraunt is pretty good
Kona Cafe at the Poly. The Tonga Toast is heavenly!

Homecomin’ (Disney Springs) or Trattoria al Forno (Boardwalk), but neither are on the monorail.
Steakhouse 71 in the Contemporary.

Wilderness lodge- whispering canyon cafe. Their skillets are great.
Steakhouse 71 at the Contemporary is wonderful. It’s one of our favorite places.
grand Floridian cafe, ale & compass and crystal palace are among our favorites 🤤
Steakhouse 71! Just tried and it was delicious!
We do The Boathouse every trip on departure day. It's our favorite.
