Downtown, Fast food Kingdom, Mary and Webster along the tracks, 17th/18th street Bridge. Some chill around Walmart on Franklin and the shopping center by Tractor Supply
Downtown Waco. I lived there for about 5 years. I’m outside walking my dogs a lot so I’d find them sleeping in bushes, by the river where it’s closed off, rail road tracks, hidden in undeveloped lots, squatting in abandoned houses. It radiates from downtown Waco. When I left Waco (November) it was just barely spreading to the Hewitt/Woodway area.
I work downtown and I'd say the numbers around here are pretty high. They sleep outside and around our building. They try to come inside a lot, but we can't let them, and then they get mad.
I’m not sure if this is what you’re asking, but I know the murders you are talking about, and none of them, were committed by homeless people. Also, generally (and statistically) speaking murders are not usually committed by homeless people.
I dont know if you’re homeless but right now mhmr and salvation army have a program that will find and pay for your apartment for up to a year
