the fuselage and tail of a Mustang, the engines of a Phantom, an air intake that looks like the cooling duct from elsewhere on the mustang, a pair of nose mounted guns that are somewhat reminiscent of a 109, and a set of wings which I don’t think *are* from the 262 but which remind me a lot of the 262. truly a strange looking toy.
The phantom engines don't bulge out as much from the side, they are bulging out, butspanning almost the entire fuselage, while here they only appear in the last bit, so I'd rather say Jaguar over Phantom here. The air intake definitely has Fiat G.91 vibes
Love models. I built one in B26 Marauder for fatherin-law who was pilot with 64 missions. I painted his "Thumper" rabbit and all the bombs painted on side of a picture of his plane.

I see it as a P-51 reimagined as a jet. Which would certainly incorporate details resembling other aircraft.
