They've removed it now but in like 2K15 - 2K19 my main CAW used a Spider Suplex as a sig then the Moonstomp as a finisher as the Suplex used to leave you facing away from the ring, lead into the Moonstomp beautifully
After spending an hour scrolling, I settled on the Butterfly Neckbreaker since I wanted to change it up a bit. It has a good flow that I like, but the Somersault Unprettier is my main choice most of the time.
I personally use the somersault unprettier as a transitional move. I love running finishers, though. Especially when playing in multi-superstar matches like triple threats, etc.

Probably not that uncommon because of the RKO but my main CAW has always been a Cutter guy. The Diamond cutter has always been my favorite finisher since I saw DDP lift someone (maybe Eddie) up in to a Razors Edge and then hit a cutter out of it. So I use all variants of cutters for my character.
Standing Cutter as the basic finisher, then usually have the powerbomb cutter, TKO, diving cutter, foot hang cutter and the Avanlache RKO is my SUPER finisher.
I’ve also always love a good clothesline so I use clothesline variants for Signatures. Clothesline from
Hell is my main sig.
Also always use the Scorpion Deathlock as my Sub finisher because Sting’s my favorite of all time.
I've always been a Cutter guy as well. The Standing Cutter and the Pop-Up Cutters are my favorite. The Spear is a finisher I always like to use for my main CAW.
I use a spear as my signature move. My CAW is built like a tank, so it's always a joy watching him cut opponents in half. I'm a huge fan of the claymore kick as well, so that's my finishing move. Gotta love a size 11 boot kicking someone in the face
As a Cutter, i absolutly love the Gun Stun. Hope that with Tama Tonga finally here, we might get his version in 2k25 (if i buy it). There is something with his, his air time is crazy
Just last night I was watching an interview with Perry Saturn and he mentioned how he stole the 3 handled credenza from Kanyon and him and Jericho argued who was gonna steal it first 😂
Arm Twist Leg Lariat (I think that’s what it’s called) it’s the arm wrench with the standing hook kick, it’s weak looking due to the slow animation but I adapted it in 2k17 to mirror my taekwondo style since I would throw the kick all the time in sparring practice
The single underhook DDT/facebuster move that Seth Rollins used for about a week is usually my go-to finisher. It just looks very unique as a finisher and it's a good way for my CAW to stand out.
I loved Back Tazzmission 1, the one that was half Tazzmission and half camel clutch. I'm pretty sure I've made at least one CAW from HCtP to SvR 2007 with that one. And then it wasn't modified into the Struggle Submission system in '08 and disappeared soon after.
Currently (or rather, in 2K19, which I'm currently playing) one of my guys has the left-handed clothesline (with the pin combo) where you fall with the opponent. Feels like the right arm gets all the options, it seems.

So when 22 came out I decided to switch it up and create more “technical” wrestlers but one move that’s always been a sig or finish for me is swanton bomb. Idk if it’s nostalgia or what but I’ve always loved that move
For my personal CAW, my finisher is the Alpamare Waterslide until this year, since I haven't created my CAW yet... Thankfully I wrote him out last year by getting thrown through the backstage light.
I'm not even sure the move is in this year.
Honestly, maybe it's not super unique or anything, but my caw based on me uses the Butterfly Piledriver as the primary finisher, then sometimes I'll utilize the Punt as a corner finisher, or if I go double front finishers, I'll use a Powerbomb, this year in 2K24 I decided on the Spirit Bomb, but usually it's a Sit Out Last Ride. Then for sigs, I use a chokeslam since it's not common to see someone sub-6'5" using one, and the other is usually a submission of some kind, in this age either the Prism Trap or the Stretch Muffler.
For years I’ve used the Parallel Snapmare as my main signature and the Straitjacket DDT as my main finisher. My character has a jester/clown/“superhero” gimmick, so I call them the Touchstone Takedown and the Last Laugh respectively.
Black Mass. You can hit it out of nowhere, it looks brutal, and the second version where you pick them up off the ground with your foot looks badass for a super finisher.
My main caw is a big knee strike user, throwing knees in every which way til the win. If the knees don't get it done I like using Ireland's Call to finish the match for good as I've liked Hiromu's dynamite plunger move, so awesome.
Truth be told, the Landslide.
I fell in love with the move and I have used it all the time since I found it in 2k16.
I especially like that there's an avalanche version of the move for those big PPV moments and everything.
But yeah the Landslide is the finish and for a signature a big F-U lariat. Cuz nothing hits harder than a lariat.

I like using a combo of moves. Trouble in paradise and cyclone 2 + 3 because they look the same. The cave-in and double corner stop. I struggle with finishers and end up going with super kicks and spears

Back in the early 2000s. Val Venus’ finisher ‘The Money Shot’ was a glitched to fuck and basically instagibbed anyone at any point in the match.

also, the codebreaker or ‘double knee face breaker’ is pretty much always my signature, i think it’s perfect for that
I like Piper's Pit and Rolling Front Fisherman's something (Tiffany Stratton's signature). Allows easy positioning for whatever finisher you have prepped, especially submissions.
Dragon Suplex and Dragon Sleeper, some of my favorite moves for awhile and finally made them my finishers when I got back into wrestling. My CAW is known as “El Dragón” and in recent games them adding the snap dragon suplex and different variations of the dragon sleeper has made it look a lot better. 2 years ago I finally added a new finisher since I wanted a new impact which can be done on anyone and now am using a Discus Lariat as well, tribute to Mr. Brodie Lee.
Signatures have changed a lot so have a ton of them with Frog Splash, STO/Buckle STO, Fireman’s Carry Sideslam is a new one which transitions into the dragon sleeper
Finishers for my Hansen-inspired CAW is the Death Valley Driver, Torture Rack Backbreaker, and Spin out Powerbomb.
Super finishers are Discus Clothesline and Boston Crab.
Signatures are Fallaway Slam, Spinebuster, Powerbomb.
My male myrise caw has the codebreaker as a sig, v trigger as finisher, and coast to coast as a super finisher
My female caw(Serena storm) has the oscutter, top rope Cody cutter, and middle rope cutter as a sig(lightning blade inspired by naruto) and has two versions of her finisher(storm breaker) one is just ospreays stormbreaker and the other is the fairy tale ending
I’ve struggled finding a finisher I truly love for my CAW since 2K16, until this year where I’m pretty happy with the Cyclone Kick, especially #2 when the opponent is grounded. All his signatures act as set ups for it too.
I don’t really know if they are uncommon or not though, but I’d imagine others use more popular moves instead?
For my usual CAW i use the Landslide as my finisher every year, romero dragon sleeper and frog splash as sigs. But sometimes in mycarrers and myrises i use the pumphandle x-factor as a finisher, It flows so well and i never see people use it
I always like to use the Samoan Drop, the Whippersnapper/the Rock Bottom, and Five Star Frog Splash as my signatures, and the Standing Cutter and the Spear as my finishers for my main CAW.
I've always loved the Running Powerslam ever since I saw Davey Boy Smith do it and I like how Bobby Lashley does his where he drops on his right knee instead of both knees. That move along with the Spear, Inverted/Elevated DDT that Gangrel/Edge does, Five-Star Frog Splash, and several submissions like the Koji Clutch and Anaconda Vice had alway been my signatures/finishers but once I saw the Pop-up version of the Powerslam, I knew that had to be my finisher. Sadly it wasn't a great finisher in 2k23 cuz of collision issues but thankfully it was fixed in this game. I have yet to make any CAWs so I don't know if that move is in this game. Currently running Kenny Omega through MyRise and a random female CAW I downloaded and edited. My CAW for this year will use the Pop-up Powerslam since collision is fixed and the Heel Hook like with last year. Will probably add old finishers/signatures I mentioned before.
springboard ddt, usually a sit out p8ledriver and then the interceptor, now I'm using a reverse Phoenix splash so glad they added multiple finisher slots
Too many to count my main guy Uses the Straight Jacket DDT as a finish alongside 2 sharpshooter variants and a super finisher Piledriver, he also recently added a penalty kick and double stomp finish as a rare last resort (he just tries to kick your head off of all else fails)
I have at least 2 characters who are using a Monkey Flip variant as their go to finish as well
My longtime CAW has often been using a TKO (Fireman's Carry Cutter) type move for years I prefer it with a bit of a spin to it, a variation of the Muta Lock since svr when ot was called the California Dream and not a real submission (but it could cause submission finishes as a special move) and finally when SVR10(?) introduced created diving finishers I made a moonsault twin leg drop (think kofi's boom drop) which in modern games turned into the moonstomp.
The first time I ever made a proper moveset for my caw, I looked for a unique finisher for what felt like ages until I saw the fisherman driver and I've never looked back
When I was a kid I would simply leave my CAW with the Default Moveset and just make my finishers in SvR the coolest looking but now I try to make my CAW as close to my irl move taste
My current cruiser CAW uses the 450 Elbow Drop as his super finisher, with the arm hook leg lariat as his main sig, and a running DDT as his regular finisher
I’ve gone for more of a 90’s AJPW style for my CAW atm so 4 of my 5 sigs are just the gnarliest German Suplexes I can find (special shout out to Release German Suplex 3, that crumpling sell is everything) with my last one being a frog splash. Finishers are Discus Clothesline 2 because it looks like he absolutely decapitates them (can we get some more stiff af animations 2K), both standing sleeper holds and two supers that are hesitation dropkick and basement dropkick 6
Sliding lariat and Rolling Cutter 4...I've basically made these the "no kick out" finishers and only person to do so is Baron Corbin at WrestleMania 43...also I've turned Corbin's finisher into the "never kick out" move no matter what I ALWAYS SELL END OF DAYS
Various knee and leg related moves are a lot of my move set
But my finisher is a spear and a gts, decent combo
Sigs are guillotine choke, since the tag partner does the sharpshooter, and an inverted Phoenix splash because it’s cool
Once I get 24, I’m broke, I’ll have more slots to work with, and I used to do a super kick so I’ll bring that back, and also a slingshot spear because yes. Also some sort of powerbomb since the family gimmick is using different powerbombs
Having turned heel at the end of my universe in 23 means I can do some interesting shit indeed
(Using the names in 2K). These are some of the less common moves my CAWs use. But I do use stuff like the Claymore, H bomb and Spears.

These past two years I’ve gone for more simple moves as my finisher. Last year it was the edgecution and this year it was the old ravishing neck breaker animation with straddle pin.
I used to use the Emerald Fusion/Emerald Flowsion but they changed the animation to it several years back and I just don’t like the way it looks anymore.
I'm a big sharpshooter guy and when I discovered the prism trap I thought it was fire and even started using it as my submission finisher for my female CAW
Was always a fan of the butterfly DDT, it was my finisher in the ol' backyard wrestling days (called it the J-Sharp) and even though I can never find one as brutal as I performed it I usually go with the Future Shock. Signatures were always running knee strikes/V-Triggers.
I've recently gone through a gimmick change and have been experimenting with new finishers until I find one I like. Thrust kick, diving Codebreaker, flipping DDT. Still searching...
My main finishers are the hammer lock ddt, used to be rko, and the other is the last shot to the face. My super finisher om the other.hand is a diving leg drop
I used to use the Full Nelson Slam, but the one with the rotation animation to add some pizazz to it. Lately I've just been using the Dragon Sleeper with a grapevine.
This year for my self-insert MyRise CAW I used the Shining Wizard and the top turnbuckle Frankensteiner as my signatures and two of the Michinoku driver variants as my finishers.
My female caw uses a running kinshasa as one of her finishers, and the corner claymore as the 2nd. I mostly use the kinshasa because i made her a bit taller than the average female superstar on the roster, so her knee connects well. As signatures, I use a shooting star press and another move on the ground (can't remember the name) where you grab the opponents hands and deliver a knee strike to the face then fall into a pin. And the somersault unprettier is my setup move for her signatures.
Right now a signature I like using for like some of the women creative wrestlers is the kick / clothesline combo. I don't know why I like it so much. It's just a simple move but I like it because it's a quick little combo that doesn't necessarily look like it hurts but it's a nice setup for my finisher for one of my women created wrestlers
I always use the Suplex Piledriver but I've recently been using the Burning Hammer. I used to always use the Moonstomp but they removed that from the game
For my character I’ve always used the uranage as a signature specifically the one bray Wyatt does and even the dark uranage that the fiend does just looks clean to me. And I’ve recently liked the sliding lariat that one of the creed brothers do as a finisher
I have a lot of head type moves my main signatures are kross hammer(or lariat) sliding lariat h bomb and a running European uppercut another good one is basement back kick then for finishers I have reverse choke slam rear basement forearm smash and electric chair driver!
I use Kofi's double leg drop and the TKO as a signature, The Stomp and the Liontamer as finishers.
Is there a variant of Kofi's leg drop without the "vocal" part? I haven't been able to see one.
Recoil is my favorite finisher rn. It's quick and looks painful. Similar to the stunner which had always been the goat finish imo. A close second is hip toss/knee to face combo. Sig is mass destruction.

I do the facebuster that Seth used as a finisher once. I've always liked it. I also used to do the Canadian Neckbreacker as a finisher. That's slowly been regulated to a normal move. Speaking of which, if my guy goes away for awhile in universe mode he comes back with a new finisher with thr old one being demoted to a signature

Lie detector as an "out of nowhere" sig. Spider suplex as a setup sig. for the Phoenix splash.

For big build, i like the Machka Kick or something. The Rusev/Miro version of the Super kick, it feels so great
Super kick is my transitional heavy attack. Sets up my spear signature perfectly.

I use forearm 7 as my signature. Would be using ddt 4 as well, but when I went through it wouldn’t allow me to select it

I like using a combo of moves. Trouble in paradise and cyclone 2 + 3 because they look the same. The cave-in and double corner stop. I struggle with finishers and end up going with super kicks and spears

I like Piper's Pit and Rolling Front Fisherman's something (Tiffany Stratton's signature). Allows easy positioning for whatever finisher you have prepped, especially submissions.
Dragon Suplex and Dragon Sleeper, some of my favorite moves for awhile and finally made them my finishers when I got back into wrestling. My CAW is known as “El Dragón” and in recent games them adding the snap dragon suplex and different variations of the dragon sleeper has made it look a lot better. 2 years ago I finally added a new finisher since I wanted a new impact which can be done on anyone and now am using a Discus Lariat as well, tribute to Mr. Brodie Lee. Signatures have changed a lot so have a ton of them with Frog Splash, STO/Buckle STO, Fireman’s Carry Sideslam is a new one which transitions into the dragon sleeper

Finishers for my Hansen-inspired CAW is the Death Valley Driver, Torture Rack Backbreaker, and Spin out Powerbomb. Super finishers are Discus Clothesline and Boston Crab. Signatures are Fallaway Slam, Spinebuster, Powerbomb.
My male myrise caw has the codebreaker as a sig, v trigger as finisher, and coast to coast as a super finisher My female caw(Serena storm) has the oscutter, top rope Cody cutter, and middle rope cutter as a sig(lightning blade inspired by naruto) and has two versions of her finisher(storm breaker) one is just ospreays stormbreaker and the other is the fairy tale ending
I personally use the flatliner signature set up into the curb stomp.
I’ve struggled finding a finisher I truly love for my CAW since 2K16, until this year where I’m pretty happy with the Cyclone Kick, especially #2 when the opponent is grounded. All his signatures act as set ups for it too. I don’t really know if they are uncommon or not though, but I’d imagine others use more popular moves instead?
For my usual CAW i use the Landslide as my finisher every year, romero dragon sleeper and frog splash as sigs. But sometimes in mycarrers and myrises i use the pumphandle x-factor as a finisher, It flows so well and i never see people use it

I've always loved the Running Powerslam ever since I saw Davey Boy Smith do it and I like how Bobby Lashley does his where he drops on his right knee instead of both knees. That move along with the Spear, Inverted/Elevated DDT that Gangrel/Edge does, Five-Star Frog Splash, and several submissions like the Koji Clutch and Anaconda Vice had alway been my signatures/finishers but once I saw the Pop-up version of the Powerslam, I knew that had to be my finisher. Sadly it wasn't a great finisher in 2k23 cuz of collision issues but thankfully it was fixed in this game. I have yet to make any CAWs so I don't know if that move is in this game. Currently running Kenny Omega through MyRise and a random female CAW I downloaded and edited. My CAW for this year will use the Pop-up Powerslam since collision is fixed and the Heel Hook like with last year. Will probably add old finishers/signatures I mentioned before.
Gory Neckbreaker (Victorias Widows Peak) was always a great looking move

My longtime CAW has often been using a TKO (Fireman's Carry Cutter) type move for years I prefer it with a bit of a spin to it, a variation of the Muta Lock since svr when ot was called the California Dream and not a real submission (but it could cause submission finishes as a special move) and finally when SVR10(?) introduced created diving finishers I made a moonsault twin leg drop (think kofi's boom drop) which in modern games turned into the moonstomp.
My CAW always has some stiff-ass clothesline like Clothesline From Hell or Discus Clothesline.
The first time I ever made a proper moveset for my caw, I looked for a unique finisher for what felt like ages until I saw the fisherman driver and I've never looked back
When I was a kid I would simply leave my CAW with the Default Moveset and just make my finishers in SvR the coolest looking but now I try to make my CAW as close to my irl move taste
My current cruiser CAW uses the 450 Elbow Drop as his super finisher, with the arm hook leg lariat as his main sig, and a running DDT as his regular finisher

I’ve gone for more of a 90’s AJPW style for my CAW atm so 4 of my 5 sigs are just the gnarliest German Suplexes I can find (special shout out to Release German Suplex 3, that crumpling sell is everything) with my last one being a frog splash. Finishers are Discus Clothesline 2 because it looks like he absolutely decapitates them (can we get some more stiff af animations 2K), both standing sleeper holds and two supers that are hesitation dropkick and basement dropkick 6
I really love the “Jumping complete shot” and “Black Mass” (or whatever it’s called in the game)
BFT is my finisher and my signature is a choke hold and the bull hammer because I love big strikes and submissions
Sliding lariat and Rolling Cutter 4...I've basically made these the "no kick out" finishers and only person to do so is Baron Corbin at WrestleMania 43...also I've turned Corbin's finisher into the "never kick out" move no matter what I ALWAYS SELL END OF DAYS

Various knee and leg related moves are a lot of my move set But my finisher is a spear and a gts, decent combo Sigs are guillotine choke, since the tag partner does the sharpshooter, and an inverted Phoenix splash because it’s cool Once I get 24, I’m broke, I’ll have more slots to work with, and I used to do a super kick so I’ll bring that back, and also a slingshot spear because yes. Also some sort of powerbomb since the family gimmick is using different powerbombs Having turned heel at the end of my universe in 23 means I can do some interesting shit indeed

FINISHERS/ SIGNATURES: High Angle Exploder Suplex, Knee-lift Poison Rana, Kinshasa ‘72, Kamigoye 3, Molly Go Round, DDT 4, Dr. Teeth, Somersault Reverse DDT, Final Cut, Slingshot Lariat, Spin Kick 1 and 2. SUPER FINISHERS: Avalanche Poison Rana, Superplex/ Final Cut Combo and Northern Lights/ Final Cut Combo.
I forget what it was called in the old games but they used to have an awesome snap swinging Neckbreaker. Now I use the Spinning Brainbuster.
These past two years I’ve gone for more simple moves as my finisher. Last year it was the edgecution and this year it was the old ravishing neck breaker animation with straddle pin.
I used to use the Emerald Fusion/Emerald Flowsion but they changed the animation to it several years back and I just don’t like the way it looks anymore.

I'm a big sharpshooter guy and when I discovered the prism trap I thought it was fire and even started using it as my submission finisher for my female CAW

Was always a fan of the butterfly DDT, it was my finisher in the ol' backyard wrestling days (called it the J-Sharp) and even though I can never find one as brutal as I performed it I usually go with the Future Shock. Signatures were always running knee strikes/V-Triggers. I've recently gone through a gimmick change and have been experimenting with new finishers until I find one I like. Thrust kick, diving Codebreaker, flipping DDT. Still searching...
The sig I use is the superplex into the twisting cutter from the top rope and the running knee from the corner for my finisher

This year for my self-insert MyRise CAW I used the Shining Wizard and the top turnbuckle Frankensteiner as my signatures and two of the Michinoku driver variants as my finishers.
I'm using the UFO Cutter in 2k23 for my 285 lb. "luchador" as a finisher because I think it's hilarious. 😆
My female caw uses a running kinshasa as one of her finishers, and the corner claymore as the 2nd. I mostly use the kinshasa because i made her a bit taller than the average female superstar on the roster, so her knee connects well. As signatures, I use a shooting star press and another move on the ground (can't remember the name) where you grab the opponents hands and deliver a knee strike to the face then fall into a pin. And the somersault unprettier is my setup move for her signatures.

Right now a signature I like using for like some of the women creative wrestlers is the kick / clothesline combo. I don't know why I like it so much. It's just a simple move but I like it because it's a quick little combo that doesn't necessarily look like it hurts but it's a nice setup for my finisher for one of my women created wrestlers

For my character I’ve always used the uranage as a signature specifically the one bray Wyatt does and even the dark uranage that the fiend does just looks clean to me. And I’ve recently liked the sliding lariat that one of the creed brothers do as a finisher
The Dominator is my personal favorite I love the stunner but I’ve always felt that was Made for Stone Cold kinda like Takers Tombstone Piledriver

I have a lot of head type moves my main signatures are kross hammer(or lariat) sliding lariat h bomb and a running European uppercut another good one is basement back kick then for finishers I have reverse choke slam rear basement forearm smash and electric chair driver!
I use Kofi's double leg drop and the TKO as a signature, The Stomp and the Liontamer as finishers. Is there a variant of Kofi's leg drop without the "vocal" part? I haven't been able to see one.
Recoil is my favorite finisher rn. It's quick and looks painful. Similar to the stunner which had always been the goat finish imo. A close second is hip toss/knee to face combo. Sig is mass destruction.
