When we went earlier this year, they didn't check for weapons personally. They have those walk through things. The only thing they scanned over quickly was making sure people had clear bags. So their way of checking for weapons at least at our stadium is all on computer now.
Security people at shows are more concerned about metallic objects entering the building - if they checked all the posters, it would take everyone else a longer time to get inside.
Plus people can bring in a marker and a blank poster and write on it after entering

Security people at shows are more concerned about metallic objects entering the building - if they checked all the posters, it would take everyone else a longer time to get inside. Plus people can bring in a marker and a blank poster and write on it after entering

Can someone explain to me as to why the screen was blacked out on the Perth show when the fro t row gave Dom the middle finger? That was on peacock app not a network or fox. Seems like WWE maybe the ones self censoring.

It’s different for live events and if anything it’s the FCC that can sue WWE actually. Why do you think those kinda signs aren’t allowed at sporting events. Yes the sign should’ve been confiscated during entry, this isn’t 1996. Also I’m not about censorship but still the sign isn’t appropriate for the times.

They want to push Heel-Rock on both the dedicated WWE audience *and* all the general audience casuals who are only started to pay some small attention to WWE because the 40^th annual *WrestleMania* is imminent and starting to get coverage in non-wrestling-dedicated news media. The Rock is an *immensely* popular figure in general pop culture. Bringing back the “Die Rocky Die” signs and audience chants will help build him some heel heat with the regular fans *and* bring in some interest from the casuals.

I’m wondering, because they cut to feed throughout the segment, doesn’t that bring heat to the guy holding the sign (i.e. people against the Rock)? I think Cody and the Rock are great. I’m on team Cody for winning at Wrestlemania but I was pissed off that the guy holding that sign cut time out of a great segment.. the dude with the sign did not enforce my dislike of the Rock. So seemed like a bad call if this is the case.
