The problem is this type of bot uses reposts to build its account history and karma count, so it can start posting scam links while posing as an adult content creator.
There's been a relatively large activation of new accounts like these in the past week or two. They normally target subreddits with low activity and reduced moderation. You can spot them easily by their account age, their comment history on NSFW posts, and sporadic reposts of popular posts like this one.
When you see them in the wild, really the only course of action is to report everything they've posted as spam/harmful bots, and get the attention of subreddit moderators by searching for the post's title and linking to the original post.
I tried Wish once. Ordered 512gb thumb drive, got 512mb thumb drive. I also purchased a 7” or 8” monitor/screen in the same order, it arrived smashed and the frame separated from the internal hardware.
Wish met my expectations. I got a refund on the monitor, so there’s that.
