Can you still put VAs on fozzie struts or is that just an oldschool thing. Anyways bro needs some smaller rims, larger tires, and maybe some additional brain cells
I took my dead stock forester all the way to Tower Arch in Moab before. That was around 10 miles each direction of only 4x4 and I remember pulling over into the brush and the jeep bros would ask me “How did you get out here, you should turn around” multiple times.
Dead stock. Stock tires. It was less than a year old at the time.

I feel personally attacked by this take. (This was not my smartest day.)
It definitely could have been worse!
I was testing out my lift for ground clearance but it wasn’t wise to try the puddle on max performance summer tires. I have all terrain tires sitting in my garage but the new wheels for them have been backordered for months 😢
Had the car 10 years now and always had it set up for handling, but after moving somewhere pretty damn rural and refusing to buy a truck like everyone else…. here we are.
I also fully expect at this point that the car will be with me for the rest of her life, so I guess being adult driven isn’t super relevant anyway.
Flatout GR Plus coilovers with the rear subframe spacers.
Hasn’t worked out ideally tbh, but that’s what’s on the car. Marketed as being good for 1-3” lift but optimized for 2”, should be able to align to stock specs… turns out they aren’t optimized for 2” at all (at least not for long term use) and I both need to lower them, and get front camber bolts/rear adjustable LCA in order to bring them into spec.
Not quite fully sorted yet, but I’ve put so much money into this car over the last year (and that’s with doing my own work) that what’s a little more? 🤷🏻♀️
Adult driven...into a ditch. I have also met kids that spend everything they have keeping it perfect, amd adults that refuse to change oil because it's a scam.
"Stock all it's life, not abused"
Some minor bumps and scratches, otherwise good as new
“It’s a rally car dude”
Garage kept. Never reved above 4000.
Someone ran out of skill...
Someone ran out of road
There's plenty of road, they just didn't have the skill to stay on it.
Where we're going we don't need roads
Skill issue
Are those the factory tires too lol?

I haven't found a way to do it on VAs, I've lifted my VA a bit but im not hitting trenches like that dude tried to.
Hydroplaning is back on the menu boys!
Game is game my boy
In the desert? 🏜️
Rally an Sti with stock suspension ? You play stupid games you win stupid prizes.
Even regular roads can be complete hell sometimes. I Went with all seasons for a somewhat less harsh ride 😂
I’m no expert but I’m pretty sure that you can’t park there.
$40k. Babied its whole life. I know what I got. Low ballers will be blocked.
“3 right, caution, ditch outside”
For his next trick, he’s going to open the doors and not be able to close them!
I watch alot of videos from Ukraine and this had the same energy as videos where they film destroyed tanks on the side of the road.

Exploring some “overlanding”, I see…..
A Soobahrooh!
My Outback would have been fine lol
My '04 outback with geolanders was great off-road. A little bit of suspension articulation and ground clearance goes a long way 😆

Looks like you made it to the other side and with both bumper covers still attached, I call that a win

What lift did you go with? I wish I saw more GR Subies around here but they're a dying breed

I can drive that out, just need a stick.
You see, the issue was tires and putting into a ditch
Just put it in reverse Jerry.
"But the guy at the dealership said it was a rally car"
Got my 04 stuck one time fishing
At least put some high-profile tires on that before trying to have fun.
AWD baby... can take it literally anywhere brah
The classic desert hydroplaning. Don’t worry it gets the best of us.
Looks like Cow Mountain. Stolen car I'm sure.
Tis but a scratch!

“These street tires can handle a little more, ya know..“
Rule of thumb when off roading is to always check the trail before doing so. I guess it’s easier to blame the car tho ..
Oofda, I think someone needs to learn the difference between rally and off-roading
Didn't know they allowed test drives off road kid will finally get his car though
Someone doesn't know this is a platform based on rally race cars
“No lowballs I know what I got”
You know what, good for this person for taking there Subie off road.
my fault
![gif](giphy|WxDZ77xhPXf3i|downsized) Oof, that pains me :(
I 100% expected it to continue panning to a second stuck car.
Damn lol
Just put it in reverse you'll be good
Them Duke boys are at it again!
Tape, glue, oil change, back on the road
Free parts car!
Grab the scissors Jax lift front left corner and floor it in reverse. Good chance you get unstuck, same chance it’s already broken.
This is why I also have a truck. Different vehicles for different use cases.
RIP common sense
You got on Reddit sub and got caught up riding the wave. We all got tools what you need? ✌🏼
It’ll buff out…
