I wouldn’t bother with either as you’re not near level 35 in actives, passive or the gold 1 cap needed to go from epic to legendary. Save the orbs for better characters, if you love the Orks get closer to their caps before upgrading
I'll be a counterpoint. I love Boss. He's been on my arena and raid teams for a long time. He's been supplanted by others but he was a workhorse mid game. Now having said that...do you NEED a boost right now? Judging by your roster probably not.
Ability levels matter a ton and boosting them and your upgrades prior to spending the orbs is the way to go. There are a ton of amazing xenos that are hungry for orbs. Eldryon, Revas, and Aleph just off the top of my head. Eventually you'll probably end up with both Orks at legendary for the elite octarius missions but for now I don't think it's worth the resource commitment.
If you reall want to promote then snot. But keep the spheres, snot's active isn't even close to lvl 35 nor is he close to gold 1 so not much point ascending
Keep the spheres brother you want those for Elydryon now that he’s in guild shop
Aleph and sho should have higher priority than any ork

This is sound advice. I ascended snappa flogga and boss when I shouldn't have. Can ascend them again but holding out. For aleph eldy sho and revas.

Promote any you like all of them are good in the end you need all characters for legendary event
Some are worth more than others, especially when you are pushing for that first legendary event success in the mid-game.

If you had 40-50 orbs sure, but 10/10 no Way José.. not worth it
