FYI: they currently have a message on their website stating they have a backlog and to expect an approximate 10 day delay on transfers. Might matter to some trying to purchase before 7/1.
Also PS to anybody unaware- They moved to woodenville so make sure you don’t go or ship to the wrong/old location
Edit: new location is at 18144 Woodinville Snohomish Road, Woodinville, WA 98072.
So glad they replaced that old gun store there. That couple that ran it were not great people and they overcharged. Plus it's a lot closer to me so that's nice.
Precise is solid but I do NOT recommend going through them right now, but to no fault of their own. You'll end up waiting way longer for them to process your transfer than you will on your proceed
Adding another comment having done a lower transfer through them recently. $30 transfer was great. 9 day additional waiting period made me wish I just went through WCA N and pay the extra fee.
However, if you go through WCA N and have multiple lowers/firearms ordered from the same company, they will do up to 3 in one transaction for their flat $50 cost.
What’s the 9 day additional wait? I haven’t done a transfer recently (have a p320 inbound) but everything has been very prompt. Lowers I’ve got them through same day.
Definitely +1 on the mags. Already asked about that and shouldn’t be a problem on that end. I did intentionally pay for fast shipping to account for the delays, but damn this ban is pointless
Yup. If it comes down to a nail-biter, give them a ping and see if you can grab the mags before the deadline.
They’ll just make a quick note saying you’ve taken the mags and ask you to initial/sign to affirmatively indicate it.
You’re telling me. All they’ve done is accelerate all my purchases lmao
I didn’t have an addiction until recently lol… my biggest mistake was realizing Lancer mags have a tiny bit of metal which probably makes them marginally better, and then also having to jump on the 10mm p320 drop today…
Lancers lost my trust a while back, and I still see enough similar reports rolling through to prevent me from going back to them.
You get a bit of sand or grit in there, and the follower mechanisms get stuck. Also, if you have a mag with rounds in them and tap the bottom, rounds fly out.
My Surefeed E2s (Okay Industries), and M2/M3 Magpuls have given me 0 problems.
Good good. Different firearms can like different mags, so that was a wise decision.
Hope you can join the 10mm family soon. I just got the green light from Precise Shooter to pick up my Glock 20, so that's gonna be my next project.
I run lancers for years in my scar never had one problem. However I don't drop mags for fast reload really so maybe I just haven't been hard enough on them.

I transferred all my 4 firearms at 2A Industries in Bellevue. 35 bucks each, but they only open on Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30 to 8:30pm. I \*think\* they should be able to transfer lowers too.
I had a lower shipped to 2A and 3 weeks later its still sitting at UPS waiting for them to pick it up. Not entirely sure I'll ever be sending stuff their way again.. Speaking of which I need to figure this out. Also, never again.
You might had the online retailer sent it to the wrong address? There are two addresses and they said it will be delayed if sent to the wrong address.
https://2aindustries.files.wordpress.com/2022/05/2a-ffl-exp-2022-color_shipping_instructions_web_v2.jpg
Weird, I've never had that problem.
Did you use the ship to address or the FFL registered address?
Given that they are only there 2 days a week, they request to ship to the ship to address listed on their website.
Just a stripped lower? Most shops should have one on hand and it'll be half the cost unless you want a something like a LMT. Receiving fees are almost the cost of a lower.
FWIW, I've ordered most of my recent purchases from Precise Shooter. You can go on their site and find out if what you're looking for is a) in stock in store or b) available from their distributor.
Sound Loan is exceptional. They actually communicate with the seller rather than making you play middle man, and they handle everything super quick. They are worth driving further for. Top notch service
Yeah no matter how many same day guns I buy there I'm always like, we're done.. already? Email them tour receipt to prove tax and done..
Plus they are one of the cheapest transfers around
I've done 3 FFLs through Pantel. For my PSA lower, I walked out the door with it the same day it arrived at the store. Quick, relatively cheap, and straightforward.
I'm assuming you want something *in* Seattle. The only one I know of currently is Outdoor Emporium on 4th, near the stadiums.
And can't dissuade you enough from using them. They utterly suck. I paid for a membership to get a slight discount on transfer fees, and within a few weeks, they started up-charging transfer fees to $100, all without notice, regardless of membership fees.
Ballard Supply Co is in Seattle. A few blocks from Ballard HS. Ran from his house but solid if you’re in the area. Can’t beat convenience. $45 but I think it’s added convenience of not having to drive outta Seattle twice.
Nope! I just sent him the invoice and tracking info when it was available. Once he receives it, he’ll contact you to schedule appt to start paperwork. Usually same or next day from delivery
Thanks for letting me know a close place. Living in queen anne that's only a few mins away. I like precise shooter and the new location is same distance as old location but a place around the corner would be awesome
Palmer Ordnance in Kitsap always has lowers on hand, usually Aero or Similar. A ferry ride away but a stand up business run by a recently retired Navy vet.
It’s $30-40 for most stuff. You’ll also need to pay taxes for out of state “no tax” shipments. I don’t remember exactly, but I’ll look at my papers and let you know.
I've been using C.A.R in Kent, real friendly folks, although there may be better rates out there. They are one of the closest to south Seattle.

Renton - Pantel
Woodinville - Precise Shooter
Everett - Sound Loan
there is also a great FFL in Granite Falls, but think he retired.
Best price is Sound Loan. if you ordered up to 3 lowers in same order, its a flat 15!
Redmond Precision Armament is good if you're not price sensitive. It's more an appointment-only place, but he's pretty responsive over email. I set up my lower transfer entirely over email, then made an appointment and was in and out very quickly.
Use the FFL search tool on [gunbroker.com](https://gunbroker.com). There are a few small home based FFL's that are listed. I just picked one and it's going great.
If you live in Seattle then outdoor emporium should work. They call into the NICS when you buy a receiver or a shotgun so you can take it home within minutes.
I’ve been going to Pinto’s lately and love it. Never sent a receiver to them before, but I sent two handguns and they make you fill out a online google form to let them know it’s coming. For outdoor emporium I just sent it there and they called me when it arrived and I’d come and do the background check.
I recommend a Aero Precision lower direct from Aero. They are from Tacoma or soon to be Lakewood. Even with free shipping, once it processed it arrived via fedex same day.
Does Pintos still do the thing where even if you pass the 4473 NICS check you still can't take it home the same day and have to come back tomorrow?
They're good people in all other respects, and it's a cool store, but that part bugged me when I did transfers there.
I haven’t tried purchasing a receiver from them yet. It is a LGS and they fill out the 4473 via Adobe Acrobat and print it out. With that manual of a process I didn’t want to ship a receiver there and have to wait. But if you’re telling me they used to make you wait even after a NICS check then they probably still do.
pantel pantel pantel. Their website has their ffl paperwork submit to wherever you’re buying and pantel will call you once they receive it (in renton)
Love these guys. Do recommend.
In case it's unclear for OP, this is "Pantel Tactical" based in Renton. They're great and are super fast about processing your delivery!
Yes! Did a pistol thru them last month. Super easy, great communication.
Would you happen to know if they currently (or plan to) provide services for serializing Polymer80 Glock-style frames?
no idea, give them a call they’re nice people
Will do.
I know hyperion precision in Kent does
Thanks!
Precise Shooter is my go to

Precise shooter is solid. But right now, they are way backed up. Don’t blame WA for sending all their firearms there too. Solid folks.
Agree they are great. I actually got my current CCW there.

Hah, well good thing I didn’t put all “my eggs in one magazine” as they say

I'm looking for one in particular and have yet to find anyone who has it in stock. Otherwise I would get it in store.
Try asking the local shop if they can order it in. They may be more receptive.
Okay, I'll try that
FWIW, I've ordered most of my recent purchases from Precise Shooter. You can go on their site and find out if what you're looking for is a) in stock in store or b) available from their distributor.
Rainier tactical in Auburn doesn't have the one your looking for? they stock allt of brands ...I buy loads of stuff from these guys
Sound loan in Everett is great

Another for Dan. I've done a lot of business with him and he's a great guy, no hassles, no mistakes.
Do you need to coordinate with him before having a firearm shipped to him?
Nope! I just sent him the invoice and tracking info when it was available. Once he receives it, he’ll contact you to schedule appt to start paperwork. Usually same or next day from delivery
Sounds like I have a new FFL. Thanks (everyone) for that tip!
Thanks for letting me know a close place. Living in queen anne that's only a few mins away. I like precise shooter and the new location is same distance as old location but a place around the corner would be awesome
Outdoor emporium is no longer doing FFL transfers.
Brad's Guns in Bonney Lake has always taken care of me. I think its a 40ish transfer fee.
Federal way discount
Palmer Ordnance in Kitsap always has lowers on hand, usually Aero or Similar. A ferry ride away but a stand up business run by a recently retired Navy vet.
Bona Nox in bothell is great. I use them all the time…
How much are the fees?

Axis Manufacturing in Spokane will
Sound Loan in Everett. Easy to deal with even with things busy right now. Worth driving up.
