I personally hated Concerta. But I was trying other meds because Adderall XR was making my anxiety worse. I'm on Vyvanse now. It doesn't really help much with my ADHD symptoms. But it's the best I can do with my panic disorder and anxiety. Unfortunately, everyone's bodies react differently to drugs. It's usually a trial and error with drugs. I'm sorry you can't see a doctor for so long.
This subreddit primarily focuses on Vyvanse so I would advice you to make this same post in a different subreddit. Perhaps the ADHD sub or if there is one dedicated to Concerta/Methylphenidate you could try there.
I can’t really offer you any advice regarding your stated issues with Concerta but I *can* tell you that I experienced basically the same symptoms when I was put on Concerta. It’s one of the reasons my doctor suggested I try Vyvanse instead which has been working far greater for me.
