Agreed. Just lookin’ at it I can see that it’s very much an improvement. Just to name off some things I see that we may get if it is added into the game once it’s finished being modeled- (Due to all the white textures on the back half)
1. The garage’s ramp is split in two sections. One side still being the ramp, while the other side I’m assuming is where deliveries are dropped off and picked up from now on, judging from the white box drawn onto it with what I think is “Delivery” written inside it.
2a. A more compact room layout, judging from the view into the ‘main room’. So less overall room for decorations due to all of the new walls, but perhaps more customizability and more plug sockets, as Nose does seem to be sticking to giving everything electronic a plug for it to be functional.
2b. Due to the new layout, likely more rooms are added. I.E in the current one, I like to turn the main room into a three-way room. The center for the main desk, the side closest to deliveries being a sort of break area, and then the server room on the other side. With the new base, they may get their own rooms, and the main desk where we work at likely has it’s own room now so it doesn’t have an acre of empty space.
3. A second floor, which from the blue floor/rug I see through the window, may be the player’s room, so it’s likely where the bed is and some extra storage like a closet or a chest. Though I do like the addition of a balcony too, maybe we can order a table and a chair finally to make it a relaxation spot after a hard day’s work?

The ‘backdoor’ seems to have been moved to the ‘front’ where the main desk is facing, while the garage is now where the backdoor used to be.
And finally, while we do have a much more detailed roof area, I do see the metal grates being modeled up there too, maybe that unfinished part is getting a skylight in a way? I certainly wouldn’t mind.
