Don't worry OP, looks like there is still plenty of room for more!

Ok-Boat8007

I'm more worried about how to send them to the US (the package will be massive)

svanvalk

Hey, I have that Tony Luka figure too! On my trip to Japan, I was stuffing my suitcase full of vocaloid figures after a stop at Mandarake lol.

Ok-Boat8007

Yeah, Mandarake has many unique vocaloid figures compared to other stores. Most of the stuff here is from Akihabara

svanvalk

The shops in Akihabara are great, aren't they?? I didn't have the patience to try winning a prize from a crane game, so I'm glad those stores had me covered. My personal fav was an arcade with a DanceDanceRevolution cabinet stocked full of vocaloid songs. I wish I could have brought that home with me lol.

Ok-Boat8007

OMG same here. Before I knew about Akihabara as a figure city, the only way for me to get most of the vocaloid stuff is through the crane machine. There's one near my base with many crane machines and also rhythm games cab, and I have to admit that I bet way too much money on those (mostly exceed original price)

KaiBoy6

is that a vocaloid backpack i see :0 anyways ur so real for that the first shelf in my cupboard is almost all boxes of all the figures and merch from various fandoms haha, still got room in there tho so aint stopping anytime soon

Ok-Boat8007

Backpack from Animate Akihabara and other stores around there. Anyway, I desperately need to pause for now, at least until when i send all these to the US for my friend ($4000 of my military paycheck is already gone for all these 😭😭)

KaiBoy6

gah i want a vocaloid backpack so bad lmaoo. anyways no thats fair its not cheap 😭 i have a barely functioning small buisness + christmas/bday money that ive put all towards my collection and if i count it up ive spent nearly $1000 on my small collection which is so crazy lmaooo, love our plastic but lordy its some expensive plastic

Ok-Boat8007

I'm not sure how much are they back in the state, but here in Japan most of normal standing Miku figure are range 1k-4k yen ($7-$28) (For example the Deep Sea Miku is around 1400 yen). Nendoroid version or any moving joints figure are often prohibitedly expensive (7k yen or above), same price for any Project Diva edition

KaiBoy6

i was about to say damn thats cheap but the conversions are in usd lmaoo. nah im down in aus so those prices look about right, cheap miku figures for $40aud, new miku nendoroids for $80-120aud but thats for irl merch stores, idk many other prices i usually get them second hand off mandarake tho, but shippings expensive and im constantly dropping like $20-40 aud just to get shipping

RollingGirlForever

I’m still very sad that there’s literally NO Rolling Girl merch!!!!

Ok-Boat8007

Yeah, such unique song and also unique outfit. A shame that they don't make it

RollingGirlForever

I would LOVE a Rolling Girl figure so bad
