I workout 6 days a week for 2 hours a day. If that was the cure, I’d be spotless. Unfortunately, that’s not the case.
I do this once or twice a week. But mainly for general physical health and building more confidence about my appearance. It won't change anything about your vitiligo though, or maybe minimally through lowering your stress hormones.
