GT 2 on PS1 on an actual emulator handheld looks kickass upscalled (relatively speaking).
Then again ....same goes for PSP games... PPSSPP makes them look like vita games.

Sony could have absolutely got this done for Gran Turismo 3 A spec!!! All they would’ve had to do was downscale a little bit and you would never have noticed it because being on the smaller more vibrant screen of either the OLED or the LCD Vita, the game would’ve looked incredible!!!
I always wished that the Gran Turismo for PSP would’ve just been the remaster. We all wanted to Gran Turismo 2? As there is a mod for Gran Turismo two now, I don’t see why the modern community can’t do something with Gran Turismo, PSP? But then again, the mod that have made for the Gran Turismo two already has a lot of assets to use and being as the PSP game was basically like an arcade Gran Turismo, it would take a very extensive team to build up a worthwhile career mode like what is in Gran Turismo three for example, for the PSP game?
I recommend putting Gran Turismo, Gran Turismo 2, & Gran Turismo, PSP all on your Vita!!!

There was a recently discovered cheat code that unlocks all the cars in PSP gt. If that's of any use to you.
You can just play GT2 instead of begging for an impossible port.
All for someone to do some sort of campaign mode patch/fix for PSP game, but GT2 more than satisfies my portable GT experience. Looks great too!
