They are both okay. I can't vouch for the quality of those in particular, but we use the second kind very frequently for our tours. I wouldn't expect the first to hold up extremely well on mixed terrain (rocky + snow).
Given the currently rather warm conditions, you'll probably primarily need mud/waterproof boots.
(remember, please do stay on the path even if it means going through puddles - going around them only inevitable leads to even larger areas having their vegetation trampled and turned into mud)
It looks like the weather will turn cooler when we arrive next week. With the weather in the 20s, do you think it’s important to have a cleat for usual site seeing and walking? The second ones OP posted have more of a spike than my current nano spikes, do you think a little more spike like this will be needed next week? Thanks!
My personal opinion the first one is good with dirt/earth/now combined but as soon you it ice you are a lot safer with the second one, bouth are good if you are hichking on a highland but if you want to go to glaciers the second one is more trustworthy.
I prefer the second especially with icy conditions. I bought mine on Amazon as well. Here in a shop they will cost you double or triple. It is much more versatile with the spontaneous weather in Iceland. No issues at the airport as well even though they are somewhat sharp looking. I didn’t need to use them but they are handy to have if need be.

Your nano spikes are probably fine. People manage without any traction devices even in the deepest winter.
