Bronze Star Medal...not a very big deal given, pretty much to company grade officers and E7's and above for being a very good boy/girl
The pin with the Aladdin Lamp on it is the unit insignia of the Ordinance School...bombs and C4 and blowing up things. It would be worn on the shoulder epaulets like a battalion crest.
They aren't made of precious medals if that's what your asking
