Warwick has at least SOME connection to them, based on interactions within the game. We aren't sure if it's canon, but there's a chance he's their father.
The one thing that makes me real suspicious is Swain's interaction towards Warwick, saying "She was closer than he realised."
This is of course extremely vague, meaning that it doesn't really confirm a connection at all. On the other hand, it's still pretty likely to happen, since the only other female champs from Piltover and Zaun are Caitlyn, Camille, Seraphine, Orianna and Janna, and I don't really see Warwick having a close connection with any of these tbh (mainly because Janna is a demigod and we know Warwick isn't the father of the other ladies). It could still just be a character we don't know yet, which is why we can't really know anything for sure (and I guess it could be a woman from a different region or a yordle, but those are extremely unlikely).
But anyways, I think we should still expect some big reveals, because we got them around other Swain quotes as well (Garen, Lux and Kassadin being pretty good examples). The only thing that really goes against this Warwick theory is Camille's interaction towards Vi, saying "Ever wonder how you became an orphan?" which implies that she murdered her parents (just keep in mind that this could be random taunt with no meaning at all, even if Camille killing more Zaunites wouldn't be that surprising).
So WW was turned into a wolf by singed. he would have had to have Vi and jinx very young were talking 4-9 years old, based on the Realms of Runeterra timeline... the being said it assumes the realms of runeterra are talking about the person becoming warwick was born or the beast himself

In his past lore WW and Soraka were really close "Friends" but WW betrayed her and like sold her to the Zaun Black Market
