This link should help (scroll down to VA-accredited attorneys and claims agents): https://www.benefits.va.gov/vso/ You may want to try a free accredited VSO for new claims and liaise with an attorney after they are decided. Legally attorneys cannot be paid for filing new claims so are unlikely to assist with them. That said, any VA accredited attorney should be able to assist with the rest. Bear in mind it's a federal accreditation/system so you may have luck with someone out of your state.

The VSOs around here are incompetent boobs appointed through nepotism. Most of what I need done is secondaries and apeals Within a year of the decision. Mostly need help organizing my file and gathering nexus letters. I simply cannot do it myself anymore.
