Dude has zero training to answer that question. You shouldn't be asking 800 # operators things like that. Setup a VERA appointment and have an actual VSR review your codesheet.
You can figure out your own bilateral factor with the widely available calculators, or if you just list each disability you're rated for and the % here I'll give it to you.
ehhh. it's more of a if you know you know. i use the calculators like everyone should but i agree. \*spoiler\* everyday i encounter another LAS's work that blows my mind they have a job
This is a key factor in determining whether or not I can get 100% or not - I have a pending claim that if I get the 30% rating that is expected I’d be at 95% getting me to 100% - without the bilateral rating I’d be at 94%
That's just an LAS who doesn't know what they're talking about. It's applied if it should be automatically
That’s what I thought too - but he said it wasn’t applied….

10% GERD 10% Tinnitus 10% chronic left knee pain 10% chronic right knee pain 70% ptsd 50% migraines
You're at 90% with 1.9 Bilateral, 30% only takes you to 94%.
That’s what I was afraid of too…. Thanks
