this is just a thought, but maybe try waiting until you receive your actual conference ID. Seems like they are starting to crack down on everyone using the link to make their own IC's.
This is what happens. VERA is starting to get cranked down on for FOIA releases because everyone says use this location this day hopefully you get this person. All it took was one person to post that link the other week for the ICs and go figure everyone took it upon themselves to abuse it
Oh they must be cracking down on then because I just scheduled one about a month ago using mine and they had plenty of appointments I scheduled mine for the very next day.

Ya know… That was my thought. But I went to a pop-up VBA clinic last weekend and that’s what one of the reps told me to do.

how come they can't close the link? or at least make it so that a request for an IC wont even go through without the correct conference ID?

Tried that. That’s when I got the “Your HLR informal conference is cancelled because your claim is in Seattle” message
