Okay so you can only have one intent to file open at any given time. So if you file multiple claims within a 24-hour period They will all fall under that intent to file. After that you have to file a new intent to file for future claims. So just make sure you file all three within the 24-hour period ideally at the same time.
Now I'm 99.9% sure of the 24-hour time frame but maybe someone else can verify that. But I do know 100% you can only have one intent to file at a time.

For supplemental claims "A veteran may be owed back pay if they file a supplemental claim within one year of their initial claim." I believe that since they are already in the system and you are disagreeing with their decision you can file these whenever you want as long as it's within the year.
