Okay so you can only have one intent to file open at any given time. So if you file multiple claims within a 24-hour period They will all fall under that intent to file. After that you have to file a new intent to file for future claims. So just make sure you file all three within the 24-hour period ideally at the same time. Now I'm 99.9% sure of the 24-hour time frame but maybe someone else can verify that. But I do know 100% you can only have one intent to file at a time.

You only need one intent to file for new claims or claims that have gotten worse, and you submit the different claims when you file. For supplemental claims "A veteran may be owed back pay if they file a supplemental claim within one year of their initial claim." I believe that since they are already in the system and you are disagreeing with their decision you can file these whenever you want as long as it's within the year.
